I went here last week, i was over charged, did not receive my refund, I was humiliated by the employee in the drive thru. i used to be a loyal customer at this location, the employees knew me but after this issue i will not be going back. Today 6/24/2023 at 12:30 pm walking at this location and the first communication tores me as a customer was ( what’s up u could order u self trough the machine) try to coach the young kid with good attitude and his response was (I’m going to learn on my own time) I just left the store for so rude and unrespectful ,customer that was coming out from the same store approach me to tell me how loud and Getto they was talking before I got there.SMH Who training this new employees, supervisor who are u? Where were you? To Address the situation promise to not go again to that a specific store and recommendation to all Taco bell lovers do not step on this particular Taco Bell is not worth it to have a incident, because cold food,or rude and ugly customer service.

I wouldnt waste another dime here. Food looks like dog food in an uncooked tortilla slammed in a wrapper like the cook caught it cheating with their dad. This is sad. Ive worked 10 years in fast food and if i was the manager on shift id write this cook up and send them home. My wife is 6 months pregnet and was craving tacobell. This damn near made her sick.

What is wrong with these employees that they can’t get an order right? The last two times we’ve gone they have screwed up the order or given us nasty food. I ordered the cinnamon twists and I tried to bite one and couldn’t because it was stale and had a very nasty taste like when old oil is used. Then I ordered the 7 layer burrito and only got what looks like 2 layers. Last got a chalupa and the shell was very hard and not edible. Check your food before leaving or you’ll have to make a trip back. And to be on the safe side smell it also.

The food I got was ok, but half of what I ordered was missing. I didn’t go back for it, but I was also not charged for those items. It’s annoying, but I should have been eating the fruit in my fridge anyway.

I was let down in California. Now in Houston, I did not like the kiosks. Also the lack of meat in taco. You did not offer a paper receipt for an expense write off. Will not be visiting this restaurant any more.
