Just got home with my food; Mexican pizza was completely inedible. It had the bitter taste of rancid grease. None of the sauces that I ordered at the kiosk were in the bag, no napkins. Since the employees have time to play grab@$$ with each other, you’d think they’d have time to make sure the supplies were in good condition. Nobody at the counter to take orders. No receipt texted as I requested ( they don’t offer a printed version). This was the store on League City Parkway, and I expected it to at least be clean and efficient. It’s anything but. I very politely called the mgr when I got home to tell him my order was wrong. I assumed he would be working on making another wrap correctly. He was too busy trying to fix it in the computer for his inventory and kept arguing about the other item and not the one I ordered. Never apologized, kept messing with his register, I finally asked for a refund. They didn’t put the hot sauce or napkins in the bag. The whole staff was looking at me and laughing.

Ordered a Mexican pizza it came out looking like this! There’s a hole in the pizza and the cheese is not melted . So much sauce it just was to soggy to eat. This is not my first time with food quality issues at this location. The food at this location will make you sick!! Health inspector definitely needs to check this location.

Had a box for lunch and chicken chalupa tasted rancid and spoiled. I’ve never ever tasted chicken that bad. I spit it out and took to the manager. They offered to get me another one but shrugged it off like they didn’t care or already knew. They replaced with a beef chalupa which tasted okay but got a stomach ache after….ever again!!!

If you want to make vegetarian/vegan customizations check your food before you leave. Almost every time I order at least 1 thing is incorrect and still contains meat. (I mobile order so I know it was typed in correctly) And today was the last straw, I waited for like 5+ minutes asked to make sure everything was correct and still was given the incorrect protein despite the black bean version being an on menu option! I will not be returning to this location again. I rather drive further once than have incorrect food

Just go to the other one off Main Street jeez they just ignore what you order and put what every they want in the bag. Ordered Bean and cheese burrito got a bean and onion burrito instead. Crunchwrap supreme nope a tortilla with just lettuce cheese and tomato casadilla. I the box comes with chips and queso but I got chip and bean dip. Forgot all my sauce to top it off.

We are frequent customers of taco Bell but rarely the one at this location. The person working the drive-thru window appeared to have a very hard time with English. Ordered a box of 12 tacos and a separate order had two tacos the two tacos were ordered without lettuce on them and as a result none of the tacos had lettuce on them. The one meal came with a drink, and tried to order a separate drink, when they arrived at the window the second drink was not there and the person at the window told them that the tacos did not come with a drink and they explained that ordered it separately but did not get it. We also did not receive a receipt so we don’t know even if we paid for the drink that we did not get. Without the lettuce these tacos are very sad.

If I could give none I would! Showed up at 11:30pm. Waited at speaker for 5min with no response. Pulled up to drive through and honked. Still no response. Pull up to see 4 employees on their phones with headsets on ignoring customers. (As shown in photos) Hours state that they are open until 3am. This is ridiculous.
