Stopped by on my way through from out of town, as always. Great food and tacos of course ! BUT! They are no longer serving their delicious French Fries!!!! What a true disappointment to me and my wife. Those French Fries were delicious! I was told that they discontinued them, for now, and that they would come back soon. This sounds like another story we used to hear from Jack in the Box about their great Monster Tacos ! What’s up! I just had to vent some. All else was great as usual.

I ordered 4 Burrito Supremes and 2 Nach Bellgrandes. It cost me $32.84. What I got was 4 regular burritos with a tiny squirt of sour cream on the end of them and they were soggy and half the size they used to be. The Nacho Bellgrandes were 90% chips with a dab of meat, beans, sour cream and a pinch of cheese. I will never buy food from Taco Bell again. The products have shrunk in size and quality and are twice the price they used to be.

Lots of food for under $10! And all of it room temperature. Disgraceful, unappetizing as you can get. Last time i waste my time or money. And one more thing, if you call their 1-800 number be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes to speak to an actual person. ridiculous crummy service , what a waste. Good by Taco Bell you stink!

Stopped by for a quick bite for lunch went to the restroom and this soap dispenser was not working. When I went to the counter and the young lady took my order, I noticed food on the floor that all the employees were stepping over. Receive my ticket and my cup, went to fill my drink and there were no lids for my large drink but plenty of smaller lids laying everywhere. 15 minutes later while I was still waiting on my food and employee brought out a stack of lids and left on the front counter for people to grab instead of at the drink fountain. Got my food went to look for a place to seat and every single table was dirty with food and sauce packets all over.
