Make sure to ask for a receipt. I ordered 4 crunchy tacos supreme with a larger order and only received two. Was not provided with a receipt. I came back and explained the situation and was told that I would need a receipt, which I agree is valid, and then asked what to do in a situation in which I didn’t receive one. To this they said they don’t provide receipts unless one is requested. I requested a manager, something I rarely do, and was refused to speak to a manager. I requested the employee’s name and was refused that as well. To topic off I asked for a receipt with my current order and still didn’t get a receipt.

Very unprofessional. Ordered an online order and when I got there my food was not even made or in their machine being processed. Everyone had to wait at least 15-20 minutes before we were acknowledged in the front. & employees were just hanging out in the back staring at us as we could see them.

We went here when it was somewhat busy through the drive thru but we placed an order through the app. The person at the service counter seemed apathetic when we walked up and just walked around the back while everyone else was working and putting orders out. We got our food, and everything except for the Cinnabons we ordered.

I frequent this location regularly for lunch. I am a vegetarian and my regular order is 2 to 3 spicy potato soft tacos, add black beans, and hold the chipotle sauce. This Taco Bell and it’s employees are some of the best I’ve ever encountered, and the freshness of the food is impeccable. The lettuce is still cold while the beans and the fried potatoes are piping hot. Thank you for a delicious lunch every time!

Worst taco bell experience I’ve ever had. I placed an order online and still waited an hour for my food after arriving 15 mins after placing my order. I waited for another 30 mins for my coffee, which they said they were getting. I was told that I would have to wait by one of the employees when I asked if my order was ready.
