This location has been a problem for years. Orders are never right; missing items, and customization not followed (hello food allergies). Now that prices are WAY higher it’s definitely not worth the frustration. We didn’t even customize, since the employees making the TikToks like to blame that. This is the FEATURED 7 layer nacho fries with no customization…..missing sour cream, guacamole, and tomatoes.

I never do bad reviews but man oh man this has to be the worst Taco Bell ever. Restrooms are nasty, employee’s don’t follow your order instructions, and they can’t even put a taco together. I wish more people had good work ethics.

One tiny piece of chicken chopped up in bottom! I got 2 and taco almost 10.00 and was cold besides. The burrito’s do not match their pictures. Awful!

Clean store, helpful team and they served my food fast. The only problem I has was I had ro back out of the drove though when I found out my window wouldn’t roll down and had to go I side. Lol, life in the fast lane.

The food is horrible with each time I have come to this restaurant, the orders are never completed an item or two is always unaccounted for the meals aren’t being brought out in accordance to policy time frame and the employees seem to be with attitudes and rude to customers.

Ok just had an issue with this location had been waiting for location to open for about 10 min waited a good while for them to open it’s 10:16 and go thru drive thru and person at drive thru said currently closed right now when clearly someone comes out of lobby guess these people have their own business hours so sorry customers take a back seat to these restaurants..
