I’m usually not one to spend the time of day to complain. But this was a pretty bad experience. The food was out together very lazy. I was the only person in the drive through and it was an online order. So I would assume they had more time to prepare. I was excited to eat the seasoned fries since they came back again, as bad as that sounds. I literally received maybe 4-5 fries in my box as shown below. Usually this location always has a lazy expectation when it comes to my orders.

$60 of food. Wrong. Disgusting. Crushed. Took it back to the store and showed them and asked them to remake it. Adriana was so rude and didn’t care about the customer. She refused to remake everything. She was sassy and disrespectful and doesn’t know how to manage anything. She failed to resolve the issues I presented to her face. She should not be a manager, she doesn’t understand how to conduct business and needs to take some classes on customer service. The entire company and management team of all levels need an overhaul.

Been waiting to pick up a Doordash order for 73 minutes. Sounds crazy but YES, seriously 73 minutes. There are five other delivery partners in here also waiting. Meanwhile, the kitchen workers are yelling at each other. Throwing food around. It’s a mess!

Tonight was the 3rd night in a row that we went to Taco Bell in converse and they always forget our order of 2 soft taco supremes on top of the taco and burrito cravings pack and I end up having to go back up there or go back thru the line. I have even been told that everything is in the bag when I ask. So everytime, by time I get home with my complete order, the other food has cooled off. I think my household just needs to stop going to taco bell…. just doesnt seem worth it to spend over 30 bucks several times to have staff not fulfil the order correctly and then have to eat cold food…

I like it. The value menu is usually a good choice. Quesadillas are really good but they are a bit more expensive than the other items. Even the items without meat are really good. I think they have Baja blast. Taco Bell should bring back chili cheese burritos.
