I don’t feel the workers are taking their job to seriously. We ordered 2 Chicken Chipotle Wraps are they did not look like anything we ever ordered before… it was a thin just taco not even in a burrito form. A total let down but just left and decided to not confront the issue.

We dined in here the other night. There was nobody else there, the place was very clean, the staff addressed us right away and asked if we needed any help. The food was prepared very quickly and honestly it was delicious! I love this Taco Bell! Not all of them in San Antonio are as good, but I really like this one, will definitely come back!

I ordered online for the first time and it was super easy! I picked what I wanted from their online app and placed my order. You do have to pay when you place the order on your phone. You then head over, go through the drive through and say the name of the person who ordered and then you pick it up at the window. Food was tasty and the service was good!

Im pregnant and was craving NACHO cheese fries and they asked me to wait since they had to change the oil on the machines no biggie who doesn’t want fresh oiled fries, waited a good 15 minutes got home eager to down the fried with nacho cheese and they DID NOT INCLUDE THE NACHO CHEESE FOR MY NACHO CHEESE FRIES. THE HORROR!!!

Had the opportunity to be a part of this store opening for Taco Bell. And I had a wonderful time with my wife and son. The burritos, tacos, and Baja Blast Mountain Dew slushy was fantastic. The service that we received from all of the employees was welcoming friendly and kind. Not only did they greet and serve us with excellence, they made sure that they took pride in the food that they served. The employees were proud to work there. I will definitely be back again.

Nothing like bitting into a crunchy taco that’s empty or a burrito that’s just a rolled up tortilla practically. I work by another Taco Bell in SA and they’re awesome. Here, not so much. Oh and their service is “super great” here too.
