A very old facility. The restaurant is 2 in 1, Taco Bell and KFC. The dining area is dirty amd most of the tables and chairs are left dirty. Solid wood seats are uncomfortable.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered my food. Drive thru attendant took my order didn’t offer drink or side items. She just told me, “Come to the window.” When I got to the window, three minutes later she gave me my total, then my food.. that’s it no thank you no hi. Nothing. I’m going to assume she was having a frustrating day. It happens.

Food was good. Drive thru lady got rude when i asked what kind of drinks they had. Then they shorted us a whole kids meal. Had to go back inside even though i was short for time. Went in and and two women were at the front desk and ignored me. One even had family right next to me to come talk to her even though she couldn’t finish her work first. Lots of people staring you down inside and lots of bums sitting outside in the ground that made walking past uncomfortable. Also came out to over 30 dollars for not that many items?? Im not sure how they have so many stars. Edit: my kid didn’t eat his food immediately and we later found a thick black hair in the nuggets. Absolutely disgusting to do to someone’s childs food. I will be contacting corporate and i hope the person who did this has a similar experience done to their child.

It was like back in the day when people used to be cool..we had to pull over and wait for our food after going through the driver through, but it didn’t take long and our food was hot and our order was correct and without us asking, they gave us plenty of hot sauce. It was delicious.

The lady at front was so rude asked for no pickles on my chicken littles asked for chipotle 2 chicken melts she said you want the meal I said no just the 2 melts she was so rude and disgusting, disrespectful and when I asked for hot sauce and fire this is what I get the only good thing I asked for was a dorito loco taco and Mac pretty sure the rude woman w red braids spit in it … I will never be back

I ordered the new grilled cheese burrito that is filled with ground beef, rice, chips and chipotle sauce. They were out of rice. I tried it anyway. It’s just a regular burrito with cheese on the outside. Plus it’s more flat than pictured. I also ordered a 2 piece chicken only meal. I wasn’t asked if I wanted original or crispy nor which pieces I preferred. Slow, uninterested service at drive thru.
