Today, on, 08/11/23, I placed an order 15 minutes in advance via mobile app, and when I arrived to the drive thru, no one greeted me for a good five minutes. Cars were stacking behind me. I kept saying “hello?”, and finally a woman responded. I said I have a mobile order, and she told me to pull forward. When I got to the window, the lady tells me there is no order with my name. I showed her my order confirmation and she looked back at her coworker and shrugs, like “well?” – so I pulled around to the front and went inside the restaurant. No one came to the counter. I called out for assistance and this guy named Joe peeped around the corner and held his finger up, telling me to hold on. I waited for another three minutes and I tell him “hey, where’s my order?” At this point I’m getting very impatient, because the wait is unnecessary. I really needed to be on my way. I ordered in advance from the mobile app to avoid inconvenience. He approached the counter like what’s up?, and tells me “oh, your order just came in”. I tell Joe absolutely not. I ordered over 20 minutes ago while I was on the other side of town headed this way! No one was even working back there when I walked in. I show Joe my order confirmation and he nonchalantly walks away to prepare my order, then he comes back and tosses my order on the counter and walked away saying nothing. I get in my car and my order is wrong. At this point, I’m aggravated by the level of incompetency and disrespect. I’ve never had this issue. Using the mobile app is normally straight forward. Order and it’s ready when you get there… but that works only when people working there are doing their job description by pulling orders that come through.

Rude service, no one in the front for 5 minutes, then manager walks passed me and says someone will be with me when possible unless I want to use the kiosk. My son was trying to use the restroom which is locked and again no one would come out from the back smh. To top it off the food was horrible, tortillas where hard and so was the rice.

Worst experience ever! Absolutely no one in line when i pulled up this morning. i asked about the promotion going on for the free crunchwrap at the speaker. when i pulled up i asked her how do i redeem it since it was my first time. “you have to pull up you cant be here making my time go up” i wasnt even at the drive thru for a minute when she said that to me. very rude i just drove off no type of customer service. i could understand if there was a line or if i was trying to order a big meal. wont be going back to taco bell free item or not

TRYSDEE was AMAZING!!! She saw I was distraught about the website saying payment didn’t go through but took it from my husbands account. She had an amazing attitude and quickly calmed me down and reassured me they would figure out the issue. She had the store make our order at literally ran it out to me! Another employee (didn’t get a name) wasn’t near as pleasant and somewhat rude. But TRYSDEE made our night!! She should definitely be considered for promotion and recognized for her ambition, compassion, and kindness!

Do not go during their nightshift! Food was terrible as well as their employees. Black bean crunch wrap had no black beans and little of anything. Potato wrap had 3 potatoes.
