This place had doors locked with only drive thru open, and it’s 10:45am , I drive a 18 wheeler, they wouldn’t even let me call in my order, it’s not easy for me to just pull into anywhere, but it’s ok, I know not all taco bells have heartless lazy people working at them. Thanks

Very poorly managed place- Stopped by Drive thru to pick up dinner when I drove up to window after waiting in line fifteen minutes watching two people behind me drive off but stuck in line – the manager greets me by telling me I want to let you know your order will be at least 25 minutes the person in front of you ordered 20 things and I’m training people so it’s up to you if you want to order- I proceeded to ask- “for Taco Bell?” Which she answered yes!!! I was stuck in line and couldn’t exit- I asked the lady in front if she could please let me out the manager told her not to – to make me and the people behind wait!!’ Several people didn’t order and we were all stuck as you can’t back up in the drive-thru -Sarah-who can’t handle a twenty taco order- and training – the very unprofessional manager – for a very poor managed place

This used to be a great location. But the lingering effects of the pandemic on the pool of willing and acceptible employees coupled with the loss of the adjacent HEB that shared the corner with this store to the west side of the interstate has dealt a serious blow to this location’s food order accuracy and quality.

Does either taco bell in Georgetown ever answer the phone.. the one off 1100 sucks . They are so slow . Rarely nice or friendly.. I go often to get orders and wait or their wifi isn’t working .. so I drive there not to get the order… They overall suck.

Their drive-thru is blocked off with orange traffic cones quite often, for some reason. And I feel like multiple times per month they are accepting cash only because their card system is down. Many a lunch break has been wasted trying to eat here, only to end up going somewhere else to eat instead.

This location is always either cash only or EXACT cash only. This is hilarious. In this day and age they ask for exact cash only or no food. The management or owner of this location really needs to see what is happening here. Between this and random closings, I’m not sure how it is surviving.
