We do mobile orders 99% off the time and pick up in the drive thru. The employees have been very efficient, and our orders have been correct every single time over the last couple of months! I took one star off because the Mexican pizza was a little soggy on our last visit.

ordered thru doordash. doordash driver dropped off the wrong order with someone else’s name. driver told me someone else picked up my order and the staff told him to just give me this one. it went into the trash. i ordered again. driver dropped off my correct order this time but the receipt time showed it was my very first order. opened the bag and the quesadilla was ice cold. no sauce in the bag even though it showed on my receipt that i asked for sauce.

Two Taco Bell’s were out of fries but thank god this one had them! I’ve been wanting to try the 7 layer nacho fries since seeing it on Tiktok, they were pretty good loaded with everything. The portion size seemed small but they are very filling.

Just a STRONG suggestion! Please answer your phones! You never do! And the food lately has been absolutely horrible! The employee’s the work there don’t work lol, they are rude! And food quality has gone down to the point of being disgusting! Please fix your quality control! And this comes from a former employee that worked for taco bell 5 years! I never made food for customers this bad! So I know first hand how to make it! Almost like the employee’s now just don’t care, why are they even working there when you can’t simply just do your job! Again I’ve been there and worked here, not sure why work ethic at this location as gone down the toilet! You guys have a 3 star rating which is NOT good! Why is management not doing anything??

Order two meals, a chalupa meal and a nachos meal. I live out in the country and this is the closest taco bell to me. They forgot the chalupa meal. I had just gotten off work and wanted something easy to eat for me and my wife. Her food was there but not mine. And it’s not worth a 30 minute trip back to the restaurant.
