I don’t know where to begin. So let me start off saying something positive!! The staff is very nice and pleasant when I come through much respect on that❤️. But the food is not matching I’m sorry to say. But I’ve tried to give this place multiple chances I live in the area so by default it’s our go to place. But every order I have placed has been messed up since coming back home, nothing is perfect but for 5 times in a row is too much. I’ve asked numerous times please no tomatoes or beans on certain things, sure enough it’s there. The presentation is awful at times as you can see in the pictures. It’s no use into holding up the drive thru to give it all back and redone over, or complaining because it’s just not going to fix things. And thankfully I’m not allergic to the tomatoes they keep put on after asking to keep it off. Please please do tell your staff please pay attention because the next person could be allergic to something they asked not to put on, it’s just asking for a lawsuit.

1st time stopping. Stopped by on the way to another near by town. Went through drive through.. it did take more then expected to wait for food. But was worth the wait. Food was fresh and flavorful as it can get at a taco bell! We have ate at many Taco Bell’s and this is my first review at one because of the service and food. Didn’t wanna pass the review part by. I used to get taco bell from this location but am now less inclined to do so going forward. Ordered some crunchy taco supremes and a crunch wrap supreme and when received it turned out to not be crunchy but soggy and the crunch wrap which usually has a toasty feel to it, had to be rolled into a burrito just to eat it. Come on guys get your stuff in order here or your going to be losing more customers.

I was doordashing and the pick-up was smooth unlike other Taco Bells where you wait in long lines and by the time you reach the Drive thru speaker they tell you they are not making anymore dorrdash orders after waiting in line for 45 minutes!!!! on late-night

If you’re in a bind and have zero options, stop by but only if you’re lacking other options. The thing that bothers me the most is the lack of service. My family loves TB so I pick it up often for them. Every single time I do, the customer service is horrendous. Either the employees don’t care about your order, or they can’t be bothered. I think this is a bit of a generational problem with a certain age group of people now. Still management does play a role in this as well.
