I ordered 11 items and only one of them was correct. Getting the items corrected was easy enough but what is the point of simplifying the ordering process with a digital kiosk if the line workers are too high to even read the order. Once the order was corrected, the food was good but should it really take three times to get an order correct?

I tried to order one of there advertised meals. Said they where out of dipping tacos. I tried to order the another advertised meal and the said they where out of an ingredient of the taco. I have come to this location multiple times and every time they tell me they are out of one of the key ingredients. Why advertise the meals all big when you don’t have it. Plus at 11 am they gave me stale cold tacos. I wont come back to this location.

I ordered extra chicken and extra sauce on my grilled chicken chipotle burrito, I did not get extra chicken or extra sauce yet I paid an extra $2 per burrito. Basically paid for two extra burritos and I got stiffed for my extra chicken and extra sauce. This is so aggravating because it’s such a simple thing and shows the upmost laziness from someone. Ordered delivery even though we live 2 mins away because it was free that night. Received the order 40 minutes later, even though the receipt upon delivery says the order was ready 30 minutes prior to the delivery (about 10 minutes after we placed the order). Food arrived ice cold, freeze was entirely melted and half empty?? Delivery driver must’ve gotten thirsty. Missing sauces we paid EXTRA for, and incorrect items in the order as well.

I’m just wondering why this location is always close at the inside? People who decide to go to fast food places like this really need to start demanding better customer service And care. They could at least give some type of courtesy to the customers who want to give their business to places like Taco Bell and at least have a sign up On the door letting them know that they aren’t going to be open at the inside because they don’t feel like it. When you are at your job you are there to do a good one so you can get paid, it seems like these days people are forgetting that I live right up the street And was just trying to take my daughter to the Taco Bell next to us and it was open and instead of letting us know it’s closed for inside dining and clearly aren’t even signs they just stare at me I swear stuff like that can really mess up somebody’s day. The thing is it’s not only on the week ends if Taco Bell dining is going to be closed all the time can someone at least have management make sure there was a sign that says closed inside I know I’m not the only one here’s a picture of both doors that don’t have any indication of them being closed Inside.And we will be back next week to see at leastIf there is a sign in either door letting the people know that they are closed for inside dining

Not that I expect much from a Taco Bell, let’s be real. However, the staff could pay attention and use their head a little more. I was given the wrong order, even after I just told them the person in front of me left because of the wait. Shame on me for not double checking. Just expected the person to be intelligent enough to move the order for the person in front of me that left.

I ordered pickup and I went to go get it and the doors are still locked, I called and he said I have to wait 30 min. So I’m waiting over 40 minutes on an order I placed. If you open at 9 then open at 9. After 40 minutes I finally got my order. Staff is very nice
