Five employees, not a single customer at the counter or window, and everyone just avoided eye contact with me. My mobile order was clearly ready but no one would pay attention to me long enough to just hand it to me. 15 minutes waiting and someone finally comes to help me. They look at my order and says let me grab your soda. Another ten minutes go by. I just canceled my order and left.

Consistently leave items I’ve ordered and paid for out. What they do remember to pack is just average or slightly below. This time my chips and cheese cup was only a third full. They also forgot 2 outta 10 items.

first time i went here they messed up my order due to having dairy. i had to explain to them that my son is allergic to any type of dairy product and the manager apologized and gave me free cinnamon twist.

When I arrived, the sun had set so it was dark. As the dining room is closed, I was in the drive thru. I couldn’t see the menu. When I was asked to order, I asked if the menu would light up. Ta da! Let there be light! This was a major oversight.

I walked in today to place an order…the kiosk doesn’t take cash and so I walked over to the counter and the two girls were gossiping I asked can I place an an order the girl who’s the manager pointed to the kiosk and I said it doesn’t take cash holding it my hand and she made a face and said don’t be rude I sade I’m simply telling you I have cash…I asked to speak to manager she said she was and REPUSED ME SERVICE!!!! This lady just didn’t want to do her job because I interrupted there personal conversation….SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!!!

I placed an order on the Taco Bell application it said payment failed but I was still charged I walked into the lobby askamanager what can be done about it he told me rest assured your money will be returned okay fine I then asked the manager if I was able to place an order and he told me can you turn around and use the kiosk. The kiosk is there for the customers convenience as an option

Accuracy: 0/5 We order a power “bowl” as shown in the picture, which did not come in a bowl, it came in a flimsy soaked box. We also ordered 2 chalupa boxes, that was thrown in a big bag. Which isn’t a problem, until we got home to find out they counted those chalupas as 2 of the 6 bean burritos we ordered, and they failed to give us 3 cinnamon twists.

Came to this location at 9:50pm on Sunday June 26th and it was closed. Online it says opens until 12am. Apparently they had a sign saying they are closed Sundays at 4pm. I feel that the whole covid short staff is long over used. As a former manager for the Tacla franchise this is below company standards.
