Great experience at Taco Bell Thank you, Alondra, for the no sour cream and the switch to beef, of course the Bunch of Fire. Would love a couple napkins next time. Maybe I’ll remember to ask. If you’re looking for quick tacos, this taco bell is a good spot off William Cannon east of 1st, right behind the Amigos Furniture truck. I always get the Chalupas and the Pepsi for sure.

SLOW. Empty dining area, 30 minutes to get my order. All other people who came in while I was waiting to pick up online orders got their food then had to ask again to get their drinks (as did I) you could see the frustration on the faces of the people coming in for online orders because they were all waiting for their food too

DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL!!!! It’s ridiculous that you have people customers waiting at the drive thru line to place a order 25 mins then you drive up to get you order in line and you wait another 30 mins. What kind of services is this? No greeting sorry about the wait from the manager or the team member. The white lady at the window was rude, just took my card, look like she was unhappy to be there and unhappy with her job. Seriously, the customer service needs to be up to par. They need to take more responsibility for their mistakes and value their customers MORE.

It’s a shame they’ve sent so much time and money renovating and still have a dirty restaurant. Men’s restroom was gross with paper towels everywhere, soap empty and one broken, toilet completely filthy, and generally dirty throughout. The soft taco supreme was up to par but the beefy melt burrito was not good at all. Seems like staff is lacking training and enthusiasm. Waited at counter for quite sometime and finally had to use screen to order. Screens way to low, way lower than ADA requires and very hard to use at that height. I love me some TB but this location needs help. Don’t understand why the staff can’t make tacos and burritos the way they’d like to eat them instead of just throwing ingredients at a tortilla and calling it good. It’ll be a bit before I make a return visit and hopefully by then these issues will be rectified.

Did not have a good experience here. I ordered online in the app. My friend and I walked in and I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. She stood by the usual pickup spot and someone asked if she needed help and she said no she was waiting on her friend. I came out and stood next to her waiting for someone to call out with my order. Twice I yelled at the back asking if they got my order, because literally I’m standing at the counter, and the employees are back there twiddling their thumbs. One employee heard me and literally just stared at me and didn’t move like she didn’t understand English. The other time I tried to get someone’s attention, they acted like they didn’t hear me. Eventually one lady got close enough and I asked her if they’d gotten my order. She asked my name and said “yeah it’s right here it’s been ready. I asked if she needed help” gesturing to my friend. What? It was around a wall where I couldn’t see it. She didn’t offer an apology, to remake it, or anything else, and it had been sitting there for 20 minutes when I checked the times on my phone. I never got a text it was ready or anything. Just bizarre and not how any other Taco Bell I’ve been to runs their counters with online orders. If you have customers standing by the counter you should ask what they need, because literally that’s what they want you to do – stand by the pickup area. She asked my friend and when I showed up she didn’t bother asking me? Even when you have no orders? We weren’t standing there for fun. Not sure if I’ll visit this location again.

Ok Taco Bell. Waited in line for 30-40 mins. Wasn’t provided a receipt. Then told they didn’t have any taco sauce- fine. But what was more sad was when i got home and found none of my tacos/items had lettuce – they could have mentioned they didn’t have any…or seriously just closed.

TERRIBLE, I wish I could give negative stars, I just left there, ordered 6 taco supremes and got home and it was a damn lettuce wrap, absolutely NO MEAT AT ALL, and had the nerve to charge me $18.77 for THAT. Absolutely horrible, what a shame, . I will NEVER eat there again.
