Ordered for three via kiosk. Food did not take long and was correct. There was only one employee working at time of visit that happened between two shifts. Probably explains why tables and floor needed some cleaning which would have reduced flies inside. I can imagine a wait if several customers come through as well as drive-thru.

I’m here now. Place is filthy. Threw my food away as I wasn’t comfortable eating it. Service is awful. Have to order on the touch screen and wait forever while the flies chase you around. Others have walked out and left there orders on the counter. Looked back in the kitchen at employees wiping their faces then assembling your meal. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste the time or money here.

First they didn’t even put any sauce on my Quesadilla so it was dry as f. Second they put it in a wrapper that’s too hot to even touch because they were too dumb to put it in an actual Quesadilla wrapper apparently. & lastly they couldn’t even at least cut the damn thing and it was burt a little. Bunch of morons. It’s not that hard.

We stopped and ate today on our way home from family vacation. Would not recommend. The employees didn’t care about the quality of their work. They couldn’t get the simplest things right on our order and they were very rude to my wife and I. The food tasted like the kitchen hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. We won’t be back.

They service was poor drive through girl with pink hair had gloves on during transaction part that’s cross contamination did not state does everything look correct on the screen does that complete your order or repeat order back, quesiedella was not cut with rock n roll let alone no creamy jalapeño sauce after being asked yes I wanted it, nacho fries were stale. Girl with pink hair was polite but policies and procedures were not in place nor was survey discussed if I was a secret shopper would have failed and times were expired.

All the employees walked out and left a single person making food with several people in the lobby and drive thru. No one to take your order at the front counter. I will give credit to the one team member they left. She tried. Curious where the shift manager was at the time. Yall have to have the worst lobby and drive thru serving times. It was 10+ minutes for 3 burritos. What a joke. Won’t be stopping here again.

The service wasn’t to great there was my family and i and 1 other guy in the lobby there was no need to rush and make the food sloppy. the food was horrible I got a beefy 5 layer and it didnt tast nore look like one. I also got some doreto locos tacos and when we got the food the tacos were broke in half in the bag. It was messy altogether
