I drove through the drive thru, ordered a crunch box and asked for no lettuce or tomatos. When I got to the drive thru, a lady handed me my drink, and the girl taking the orders loudly asked why my order had to be so difficult. She was stressed. She slung my food at me and closed the window. Customer Service is not an inconvenience. I ordered the way I like it.

Wish they would have gotten my order right. I tried twice. Both times I went through the drive thru Kercy helped me, but whoever put my food together messed up my oder 2×. Kercy is amazing! I was not disappointed in any way with her. I’ve been disappointed at other taco bells . The customer service from Kercy was over the bar of my expectations.! But the lack of communication is horrible at this location. I was so disappointed, I didn’t even go back after they messed up my order the 2nd time while I repeated myself slowly and made sure they repeated what I said.

Ordered the crunch wrap supreme with black beans. It was burnt. Talked to the workers about it and apparently that’s common with the black bean crunch wraps. They recommended doing either refried beans or beef, which worked out great! Thanks for the great service tonight, Trevor!

Multiple visits in a 7 day period, every time the food was subpar for taco bell standards. Food missing consistently and terrible customer service. It was no coincidence that the customer in front of us wanted a refund because their food was not prepared properly.
