Ordered in lobby at their little tablet thing as there was no one at the front counter. Ordered a watermelon freeze and some drinks with our order. Waited quite a while for our food. While we were waiting, my husband asked for our drinks. The lady asked him what size drinks we ordered, he gave the name of the order so she could look it up and get everything, including the freeze. She just asked again everything we ordered. He repeated the order to her. She got our cups and then told us they were out of watermelon. The watermelon was the only reason we ordered the freeze, as it was a limited time only. She asked us what other flavor we wanted and when I said we didn’t want it anymore, she just kept asking what other flavor. My husband decided on another flavor and she brought us out the smallest little freeze. When I asked if it was a large, like we ordered, she got defensive and said it was largest they had. When our food came out, my taco was obviously crushed and only had cheese in one half. Looked nothing like the promotion.

So Taco Bell needs to get this lady named Beth to do training for other employees across the US. Even if our food was all wacky when we got it, I would not be even a little aggravated. She made that big of a difference! Lucky for us we got good food and great service so that wasn’t am issue 😉

Went to this location coming through Amarillo and was waited on by a zoe g. First off everything we wanted she said they don’t carry when it’s being advertised on their menu. Then she was so rude and short with us. Definitely won’t be back obviously place isn’t managed correctly

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Quesadillas either not cut, undercooked, or no ingredients in them everytime. Cheesy bean and rice burritos with no cheese, soggy chalupas, etc. never had a good meal here.

Drive through service is 5 stars, but food service is no stars. I literally ordered the steak grilled burrito today, and got a burrito the size of a bean burrito. The taco that came with the meal was more of a taco salad just absolutely in shambles. Train your people to put the correct portions in the food you are providing. Horrible service from Taco Bell.

INCREDIBLY SLOW. Drive thru wasn’t moving so I went inside. Ordered at kiosk. Stood at counter to pay cash. Nobody saw me, talked to me, so I sat down and waited, and waited, for one quesadilla. Actually still waiting as I submit this review. I left. Won’t be back.

Worse service and food ever! Watched employee Imanda take nacho fries our of my order. She said she did it for another order she had. I confronted her and she added THREE more fries and told me if I didn’t like it then I could wait. Got the pizza’s and the tortillas were so stale we couldn’t eat it. Worst customer service experience ever.

Burrito and taco just thrown together. Meat on one side. It seems as if they through the contents across the room and someone managed to catch them in a tortilla. Ordered no lettuce. There was lettuce in my taco, as if they remember and dumped attempted to turn it upside down so the majority of the lettuce fell out. Wait time was approximately 200lbs sitting at the window after order was placed. Staff did update and say it was taking a while.
