The owner is extremely cheap at this location. They never provide any chipotle mayo sauce. Usually I ask for the sauce on the side, but this time I accidentally forgot. I only go here when I don’t have time to make the longer drive to a different location. Don’t go here if you can avoid it.

Ordered through uber eats. Asked for a number of hot sauce packets. They didn’t even give me half the packets i asked for. I don’t understand why they treat these things as if they’re made of gold. Does taco bell take money out of the employees paychecks for giving extra hot sauce?

We have a complicated order every time because we can’t eat certain foods so we like to use the kiosks. Very seldom do we get what at least one of us ordered right. Here at this location we all got what we wanted and no skimping on the food portions. We were very happy.

This is one of the few places to wait the longest to raise their prices. They still have an actual value menu and the items on it have not been reduced to a size that is a joke. I don’t think they have gotten smaller at all in fact. The workers are nice and I always leave with a full stomach. Everything tastes good too.

We ordered on the mobile app to pick up. We went in and mine was done except they forgot my drink. We were waiting for the other order and my cup, and they came to the counter. We told them the name we were waiting for, and they bring us an order for the same name, but was a doordash Order and a different order number so clearly a mistake was made. We told them it’s not the right order so we can get the right one. He said “this is the only (name) order in the system” but we have the receipt with their address. So maybe this other guy got the wrong order. A lady, maybe a manager, came and asked what happened. So we told her that it was wrong and she cut us off and she rudely gave us a “wait a minute” and walked away. She came back with the order and said thank you and turned around and walked away. There was an item missing from the receipt as well. We get home to the orders and my order that was ready had ZERO of the customizations that I paid for. NOT ONE! but I will never visit this location again because the way they reacted to a easy understandable fix. There is however a sweet associate that actually apologized for the group. Hopefully they can all learn something from her, and hopefully their bad attitudes and habits don’t rub off on her.

So…we have had issues at this location before, but I do believe it was lack of communication. I am a transplant recipient and people can’t just touch my food without gloves on ♀️we had her replace a taco that she had opened with her hand to see if it had sour cream in it, bare handed. She was frustrated so her attitude was probably about the mistake…not directed at us.

Used the kiosk to put in my order and have been waiting 20 minutes, they aren’t busy, there is no line. Called my card to make sure that it went through and it did. This is the slowest taco bell I’ve ever been to. Save your time and go to a different one.

Usually stop here for breakfast on the way to work and their breakfast food is usually on point (Taco Bell breakfast is the only thing worth eating from Taco Bell in my opinion) but the old hag who usually works the drive through window is always rude, never friendly and acts like she hates her job and customers are a burden to her. Only reason I keep coming back is for the convenience of being on my route to work
