Didn’t stay to eat. Call me old fashioned, but generally, when a customer walks in the greeting, when involved with something is “welcome to …., we’ll be with you in just a minute “. If they have a kiosk add a “feel free to use the kiosk to order if you like, otherwise, gimme just a minute.” It should NEVER be “there is the kiosk if you want to order” and then disappear behind the counter.

Freeze machine was clearly and full of product but the white lady with glasses told multiple costumers in the drive through that it was down. She’s too lazy to take 10 steps I would fire her. On top of that my brother isn’t good with the kiosk (he has mental disabilitys that just make it easier to talk) the black lady making the food poorly as ever was rude and told him “use the kiosk !” I was mad immediately and she was rude after when we had to pay with cash like ppl do (such a burden!). I love the older guy that runs this store he’s always been good since I was a kid but he needs to fire them or work with them and make them do there job right. At the end of it all the beans tasted old everything was poorly made unlike when he is there. The white lady in her 30s with glasses needs to stop being lazy and as well as the kinda bigger black lady and stop being rude Mabye get a different job then again you may not have a choice with your obvious lack of skills.wont be going there again unless I see his little car there then maybe. Ps they were not busy at all or else I might have understood

Whoever was working tye drive thru at 8:15 was so rude and condescending that I just had to leave a review. Lol He was very short with me and when I asked for Mt Dew he barked back at me with “Out”. I said excuse me? We are out, was his response. I then I asked do you have the Baja Blast? He said Yes. I then said I’ll have that. He then ohhh we do have it, but we are out. And you can only imagine how the rest of the conversation went.

I don’t know which female employee is working in the morning but every time she opens nothing is ready on time I get to the drive-through and she tells me that it’s 30 more minutes before they open after opening time it’s frustrating when I’m trying to grab breakfast before a long shift and the place I wanna go to isn’t prepared

Taco bell is a great place to eat at but with chains it’s always a gamble which ones good, and which one is a miss. This one I have to say is good but not great. The service was about the same. The woman at the window misheard but fixed my order and gave me the error as a complimentary gift which was nice. However, the tacos were hard shell and not soft. A bummer for sure but not a terrible thing. This taco bell still is one of the better ones in Lubbock.
