Employees need to retrained on proper sanitation. Watched an employee drop things on the floor pick everything up and not change their gloves. Attempted to go back to prepping food till I said something to another employee was the situation than taken care of.

Placed order for 2 5 layer burritos a Mexican pizza and a bean cheese and rice burrito with moun dew was given my drink and told to pull forward they were not busy with one car ahead of me all ready waiting had to wait 20 min to finally get order the drink was normal but the 5 layer burritos were just beans and spicy nacho cheese and was cold the Mexican pizza was soggy like had been setting out all day the rice burrito was covered in cheese sauce will definitely drive across town to the other taco bell in the future not sure if it was laziness or short staffed but it was a terrible experience for a place I really like

This Taco Bell is always out of everything. Ordered doritos tacos they are out of the dorito shell. Changed order to regular taco shell but they wear out of lettuce. Get to the window wanted fire sauce. Guess what? Out of all Taco Bell sauce was offered kfc hot sauce. And then I open my tacos and there is barely any meat in it. And very little cheese. ♂️ so disappointed

I highly dislike this location due to the slowness of service. I don’t normally eat Taco Bell and I sure won’t be eating Taco Bell again. This is why customers stop going here and go to other restaurants that have better service. I recommend Rosa’s Cafe which is right next door to this. If you do stop by, going through the drive thru, plan to spend 30 minutes waiting for one burrito. That aggravation of waiting for the food is definitely not worth the wait. There is also a Bush’s Chicken on the other side of this restaurant. Go elsewhere!!!!!
