Ordered a protein bowl steak and didn’t want the rice. Got upcharged for lettuce which I agreed too but totally expected more for the $dollars I paid today. When I asked about the amount of avocado and could they add more I was offered to pay more and told I should come tomorrow as it’s $2off on Wed. Just disappointed.

So I’ve never liked this Taco Bell but it’s the closest one and I don’t have to go off post. They never have anyone waiting at the front to take your order so when you walk up you have to wait for them to see you. Even when they do they continue to mind their own business. This happens frequently. Well what has compelled me to finally write a review was when I pulled a hair out of my loaded griller. They should just shut this Taco Bell down and put something else in it.

My latest experience with taco bell was quite traumatic. It had been a long day at work. I was weak. I needed nourishment. The disgruntled employee took advantage of my weakness and proceeded to hand me the greasiest $5 box ever conceived.

This is literally the slowest “fast food” establishment I have ever been to. There was only one person in front of me and we both had to wait approx. 7 minutes to even place our order, and I’ve been waiting at least 10 minutes to receive my food. Plus some one who ordered after me received their food first.

Slow service round the clock, usually only 2 people working. 1 cashier 1 food prep. Cashier takes orders, then helps the food prep person to catch up causing extended waits to order. Realise still not much they can do except get more people. More management problem than the employees

This, like most AAFES affiliated businesses, does not adhere to the same standards as regular off-post franchises. Hours fluctuate randomly, products are sold out without apology, they don’t offer some of the same things such as Baja Blast Mountain Dew, asking for alternate ingredients (i.e. no onions) is hit or miss. YMMV as there is very little QC and they don’t care if they do well because they have an almost captive customer base with no competition.
