Horrible customer service. Went through the drive thru to order the Chulupa box and asked what came on it. The lady said sour cream, bacon, triple cheese, chicken, avocado ranch, lettuce and tomatoes. I ordered one with no ranch and no tomatoes. Got the order with no sour cream. Went back through and she apologized saying it didn’t come with it so I asked her to remake them with sour cream VERY NICELY. I didn’t want the side bc I didn’t want the contents falling out while dipping. So they remade them so ridiculously. My entire chicken chalupa was cold, had tomatoes, forgot the bacon, and an entire container of sour cream. So much I had to take the thing apart and put it back together bc I couldn’t find the chicken. I could understand MAYBE if they were busy and rushing but there was nobody in line, to the point where I backed up just to be registered and they could come back to the window.

As you walk in its a ghost town, nobody greats you, your basically ignored the whole time your there. They see you and keep on with there conversations yelling and laughing, playing around seems to be the priority. To top things off they get your order wrong, yhey get upset about it and take even longer to correct it. God forbid you want them to take your order because that upsets them.

The guys working this morning took it upon themselves to accommodate my situation because Taco Bell online ordering had more flaws than driving on a flat tire, they fixed my chicken chalupas for me before the lunch time start as a courtesy to me. Folks do not order regular food online before 9 am and then try to get a in store refund becuse it won’t happen until they fix their whole system , so save some grief and don’t give the store any ‘cause I’m telling you now that I may have been accommodated. Thanks guys I really appreciate y’all.

I have eaten at this location multiple times and always have an issue with at least one item in my order being made incorrectly. I understand making each product is “muscle-memory” for the employees; however, if the order is customized it’s usually for a reason like a dietary restriction or allergy. No matter how many times I ask for NO TOMATOES, I still receive tomatoes on my food. Since the reason for the request of no tomatoes is due to an allergy, having tomatoes that employees pick off then serve to me is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The same thing for swapping out the ground beef in a taco for black beans. Dumping the beef out of the shell then filling the shell with black beans is the same thing…lawsuit waiting to happen. On top of this, my taco shell was completely broken up with the contents of my taco sitting in the cardboard holder with broken shell pieces on each side. The customer service at this location is non-existent and all employees treat their customers as if they are a bother to them.

The new tosted cheese chalupa is a Very POOR steak chalupa and it had no taste i had to pour 3 hot sauce to get some flavor, Next Time I want a steak, I’ll just go to SUBWAY cause I’ll get 90% more steak.
