I thought they’d improved since they got more staff but no: no sauce and hard tacos, not soft.

These guys consistently get the order wrong. It’s been about 15 years since I worked at a taco bell as a teenager, but I imagine the job hasn’t gotten any harder. Not sure why it’s so tough for these guys to read an order and produce it right. Oh and if you order any sauce packets, you’re absolutely not getting sauce packets.

Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Incredibly rude staff, two missing food items, and poor quality of food. The steak burrito i got which was $7 was tiny and looked absolutely nothing like the pictures i had seen and was excited to try. The potato tacos were cold and the quesadilla was not cut. Person working the window was actually surprisingly rude even for a Taco Bell. Worth the drive to go to another location.

If I could rate this a negative star I would. The simple order I had was clearly too difficult for the employees here. My taco was smushed and soggy. Crunchwrap had nothing in it and looked like someone sat on it. Everything was disgusting and I paid 22 dollars for what? Lol Taco Bell is overpriced and this location in particular just happens to be disgusting too. I called the location and they hung up on me. That’s who’s making your food, they probably spit in it. Everett you’re really unprofessional having crazy outbursts in the drive thru window. Seek help bud

I went through the drive thru, so no opinion on atmosphere. But it was after midnight and the lady who helped us was well-spoken and helpful. Rare qualities at a fast food joint.

They’re nice but they messed up my order pretty bad. I blame the broken drive through speaker…y’all’s manager should really fix that. If not you’re going to keep taking wrong orders. Another thing, y’all’s portions are very bad. This is the only Taco Bell I’ve ever been to that’s given me the tiniest skimped out burritos. Super small portion I was very surprised. Over all I was disappointed by this store.

It seems that drive-thrus serve one purpose, to screw up your order. I love Taco Bell food but the drive through window always misses something, no napkins or sauce this time.

It’s always a great place to go grab a quick bite! They allow dine-in now. I ordered a veggie power bowl, a supreme soft taco, and a supreme burrito. The veggie power bowl was good, but didn’t have enough tomatoes. They have many different sauces to choose including mild, hot, fire, and diablo. The diablo sauce wasn’t very spicy.

Decided to stop in to Taco Bell after picking up my buddy. (Post 11 hour shift and didn’t feel like cooking) I drove up to the speaker and asked the drive through personnel if I could do 2 separate orders. The female order taker promptly said, “No, you cannot.” I simply said “Okay” and drove off. Once I passed the pick-up window on the way out, the whole crew seemed to be standing around giggling. Since when was it not a possibility to take 2 separate orders per car? Almost every time I go to Taco Bell, it’s 2 separate orders in the same car. Both orders being small and easy (since these employees seem to be half-witted) regardless of how they act. What happened to customer service? It seems like every time I go to Taco Bell, it’s a negative experience in some form. Whether that be big or small. Come on Taco Bell, I grew up with you. Kinda crazy to see how drastically a chain changes in a decade.

The last 4 times I have done an online order your restaurant has still given me the wrong order every time. I order the quesadilla meal with only cheese and sauce and everytime the quesadilla has chicken on it. My son is autistic and adding the chicken onto the quesadilla everytime resorts in a meltdown. We order in the evening time on door dash.
