I have been to this location many times ordering through drive through is the way to go…I ordered online today and went to pick up my food today and my app said they were still working on it which is fine mind you I live a 3 min drive away. So I drove over when the app said they were preparing my food. I get there and I’m waiting as there were 4 people ahead of me and nothing on the shelf for takeout/Togo. I noticed a wrapped up Togo bag sitting behind the counter on a tiny shelf in the kitchen. I couldn’t read it so I shrugged it off. After waiting 15 min for my turn they grabbed my order that had been sitting on the shelf in the kitchen behind the counter. I had to ask them to still make my drinks…I got home and everything was cold. I checked the app like a minute before she gave me my food and it still said it was being made. The food is good here if you order through the drive through which I noticed they prioritize. I think I would be less upset if they had said my order was ready when it came out and actually put it on the shelf. Everyone staff wise is friendly but I will not be ordering through their online platform anymore. I will say my whole order was correct though so thank you!

While the service was lighting fast. It was due to the tacos being premade. This means they were soggy, crumbling, and drippy wet when you got them! Your paper wrappers were soaking wet as well!

Sat at the speaker for 3 mins then was yelled at extensively and repeatedly for saying “hello”. The employee was a short fat woman working the drive-thru. (Only including physical discription because wasn’t able to get a name). There was no one in the drive-thru line at all. I yelled “f-u” (which I shouldnt have), but it was out of anger because I had never been treated this poorly at a fast food restaurant where I hadn’t even been able to put in an order yet. I backed out of the drive-Thru and drove by the front door where said employee flipped me off. Will never frequent this establishment again and will encourage everyone that I know to do the same.

Doors were locked although it was “open.” I had ordered online so we pulled up to the window. The cashier did not seem pleased to see us. She told us they had no coffee, which I had ordered and paid for online. I asked what I was supposed to do, and she said “You can have orange juice.” When I got down the road, I opened the bag and my food was wrong. Seriously?? I won’t be back.

I was on lunch break at 11pm, Taco Bell dont close till 12am, 3 cars in front of me got serviced however i was waiting 15 min just to get ignored so i left….the taco bell worker in a RED CAR lacks work ethic and common basic human social skills i wont go to this location ever again!

Maribel is a pro!! She and her family run this as if it is their own. We have always been treated so nice here and they do not skimp on fillings in their tacos or anything. Everything is always fresh and the restaurant is super clean.

One of the better taco bell I’ve been to as they actually provide what I ask for and don’t seemingly ignore or do the opposite. This is my third time ordering however, and I paid for extra tomatoes on everything and they put none on instead. Not only a waste of money but very disappointing. Fresh fries! Finally! We went to the location on 120th (they were old) we also went to the location on 136th and (they were cold and old) the food is hot temperature here! The 136th location need to work on that. The location on 136th just don’t care untill the night crew works. The 120th need to work on the fries. They did serve a hot temperature burrito and tacos.
