I have gone to four Taco Bell‘s and every single time I order two Mexican pizzas with extra extra pizza sauce on it both of them. I have never had extra extra pizza sauce added at all, but have been charged for it. This Taco Bell at Crestline I have asked for it four times already. I could not go back inside. To get it corrected. Perhaps I should go ahead and give up on Taco Bell all together. This is so disappointing.. what a joke and I’m not spending another 30 minutes in the car just to go back and get it corrected this time I think I’m done with Taco Bell. Tracie Hastings

Every time I go into that store they get my order wrong or short me something. Today it was a taco. I had three items is it really that hard to put all three items in the bag? Mariachi music blasting in the back. They were too busy talking to notice that there was a customer. Why is it that the freezes are always out? And why do I get a small when I order a large? Get your employees together Taco Bell!! I drove all the way home to realize that this item was missing.

This location of Taco Bell is DEFINITELY NOT fast food. I ordered a cravings box and it took 15 minutes last Friday evening. They were so indifferent to the time it took and they forgot part of the order. If only there were other “fast food” places to go to in Colorado, Oh wait, there is. Should have gone to Chick Fil-A. They are fast, friendly and get my order right. Or for that matter, Arby’s, McDonald’s, Taco John’s, Good Times (right next door), Boston Market, Raisin’ Canes, Wendy’s, Carl’s Jr, Burger King or Taco’s Selene. All of these are within 1-7 minutes of Taco Bell.

They’ll never answer their phone so if you’ve got order issues, either deal with it or just drive back.. the food takes way longer than it should and TB continues to attempt hiring at min wage in hopes their service will improve compared to other food establishments nearby.. compare this place to anything within 5 miles and choose any of those other places.

The dude at front window was the rudest most incompetent person I’ve ever met. We tried to order at drive thru he didn’t understand anything. So we drove up to window and asked for 2 breakfast boxes. Both orders were wrong, 2 sausage, asked for bacon. Asked for starry and was given Baja blast when I told him it was wrong he didn’t care he shut window in my face. The wait was long, thankfully we ordered via the kiosk or it would have been much longer. As we waited one of the linecooks went in the restroom with gloves and came out with gloves and jumped right on the line again. We had to repeatedly ask for our drink cups more than 5 times before being acknowledged after being handed our food and being ignored. Need more employees with better training. The dining area is also a disaster.

Every time I go to this Taco Bell during the day they always mess up my order or are super short with customers. Although the night crew, when I come around 9 at night are amazing always gets my order right and with great customer service as well. THANK YOU night crew 🙂

Taco Bell Food has been a favorite of mine for a very long time, especially when they brought the Mexican pizza back. But the service at this location is the worst!!! If you do a pick-up service, they will literally look at you and keep walking. No one really acknowledges anybody standing at the counter. The only time you will get service is when you go through the drive thu and stull sketchy then. The employees they have working there could care less about customer service. That being said, the food is still good. it’s just the service that sucks here… one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, but they sure toot thier own horn, and It’s never their fault.
