They messed up 2 of the 6 things we ordered. The worse being that they served my vegetarian son ground beef on his burrito. There mistake with the other burrito was actually tasty, but it had chicken and was not labeled, so again my son didn’t know what he could eat.

Typically my Taco Bell order is wrong or disappointing in some way, but this morning shift knows what they’re doing! Our food was on point, and tasted fresh. The drive thru wait time is a little long but that’s just fast food lol. Good job to whoever was cooking on 08/22 around 11am!

My sister decided to work here, shes young and has never had a job before, the first shift they put her on was one from 5 pm to 1 in the morning, they threw her onto the intercom where they take peoples orders through the drive thru, they didn’t teach her anything so customers were yelling at her. If I ever come across this fast food “restaurant” I will make your lives a living hell, stop treating new workers like slaves because they have no experience working.

The Night Is Warm
I love tacobell but they simply can’t get a order right. I get the same thing every time a cheese bean and rice burrito and I keep getting a bean burrito with union’s. My mom orders a taco Supreme and she gets a taco with a pinch of every ingredient. They staff seem to be very well mannerd teens (most of the time) I just wish I could enjoy what I ordered

This place has really improved! If you are a local then you know what I am talking about… According the the friendly young man behind the counter, it is under new management. The effort from the new leadership really shows and I am glad to see things have turned around. 4/5 stars because the icemaker in the lobby is very loud and really should be fixed. Other than that the food was great and staff was friendly. I’ll be back!

Awesome place. Getting taco bell since I was very young… Everything’s great food is wonderful This particular store Just needs some t l c on the inside to clean the store windows and walls . My teenage were pointed out how dirty the windows were.

This drive thru is a nightmare. Service is incredibly slow they just be really understaffed….. they’re constantly changing items on their menu, unlike other stores down in springs. If you get stuck in the drive thru have fun waiting for a half hour or MORE just to get out of it when they’re out of what you want. Half the time their drive thru menu doesn’t work either.

Waited an 45 minutes for my food. And they ignored most of everyone’s orders in the lobby. The food was cold and I was missing items. They closed the lobby early along with the drive thru and the EMPLOYEES had the nerve to start yelling at customers for letting other customers in when their order was wrong.
