Ordered the #9: 3 dorito Loco tacos Supreme and a spicy bean burrito with extra onion. When I got the food home, which is maybe 2 minutes away, 3 tacos were soggy and not the dorito Loco shells. The spicy bean burrito was a regular red sauce burrito, and there was a mystery burrito in there as well.

Generally I think the toppings are supposed to go inside the shell. Both Chalupas were like this. The service was fast but I’ve concluded as to why it was. Outside of the poorly put together food, my order was at least correct.

Not happy. Ordered Mexican pizza with extra tomatoes. Got to the window and paid but were then informed they were out of tomatoes even though they charged 50 cents for extra tomatoes. Took the tomato-less pizza anyway and had to ask for a refund of the 50 cents. Seems like the manager hoofed it over to the nearby Safeway and bought some tomatoes. Also seems like they could have told us when we ordered instead of after we paid so we could have gone somewhere else. No apology or consideration given. And like everyone they’re hiring – no one with ability apparently.

Who ever was running the drive thru on Tuesday August 29th at 9:00 pm(a young man) was amazing. I had all but given up on this location Bc my order is ALWAYS wrong. But this guy took the time to hear me and got my entire order 100% correct. He was also enjoyable, friendly and prompt. I was a bit confusing in my order, and to watch him take the time to make sure he understood correctly was quite something. Give that man a raise Bc he is going above and beyond for your business.

I have a great appreciation for everyone who works at this location. Though someone’s busy, they always seem to keep their heads up and do their best to service people. This location is patient with the people who are patient in return, they are accommodating and extremely quick to right any wrong food or order. I have seen a lot of Taco Bells out there but this one is by far my favorite to go to. Not only is the location great, the people there are better.

I’m so tired of having issues at this location. I will always ask for no onion on my burritos and extra red sauce. So I pay extra for red sauce. No extra red sauce. I asked for NO onions. I got onions. What a freaking disappointing supper. Oh. And to make it better, there was no one in the parking lot, nor the drive thru. So this shouldn’t have been difficult.

Very very rude staff!! Went to the register stood there for 5 minutes until someone finally said to use the kiosk because they’re short staff! But we were literally the only ones there and no one in the drive through. So we went to go order through the drive through and went and ate inside! And we wanted some twists so went to order back at the register because we figured they’re not busy and now they said the register wasn’t working. TWO MINUTES LATER some two girls came in to order and now all of a sudden the register works??!! Either this AMIA a racist thing going on or something!! Very very rude!

Absolutely terrible. I get it. Taco Bell is fast food and expectations are low to start out with. But this was terrible. Ordered on their app. Half the order was missing. Half of the other half we actually got was wrong. They did manage to get the four drinks we ordered correct. Called them to see what we could do and were told to call door dash. We didn’t order from door dash we ordered from their app for delivery. Were then told to call the app because they messed it up. Ps. Our receipt was attached to the bag. They had the order and it was all correct on the receipt. Do not go here! It’s been six months since our last terrible experience there but we decided to give it another shot. Never again!!
