Every order in my party was messed up, either shorted an item or wrong items given.There’s hardly anyone up front and only one of us has the time or patience to go back inside to get them to fix it. Also the parking lot is ridiculous, especially for a bigger truck.

I normally like this location but today’s food was subpar and that is upsetting. I ordered a crunch wrap, a steak grilled cheese burrito and a chicken grilled cheese burrito. Subpar with all of them. Most likely it was the staff that worked this evening on 8/27/23. I’ll let this experience slide, but if it occurs again, I will try a different location.

This is legit, the worst Taco Bell i’ve ever been to, and it’s been that bad FOR YEARS. The orders almost always come out wrong or missing items, not even open during listed hours, or food so gross you can’t eat them. I had tacos literally dripping like they were dunked in a sink, missing items, no phone answers the list goes on. I love TB so i give this place a chance once in a while and they never fail to disappoint, it’s been years now. Should just close it down at this point.

Went to this store around 3pm on a Sat. We were the only ones there, the staff wouldn’t great us, they hid in the back. The bathroom doors were locked, they gave us water cups because they ran out of regular cups (even though we paid full price for cups). Then the ice machine was broken. We planned on eating there, but opted to just eat in the car.

Visited this Taco Bell because it is close to home. I ordered two tacos and burritos cravings boxes with soft tacos instead of hard tacos. He repeated the order to us and gave us a total. When we got to the window the guy didn’t know my order. I reminded him that I ordered the two tacos and burritos cravings boxes. He thought we were there for a pickup order. We got our food and when we got home it was all hard tacos and no soft tacos. To boot, there was no receipt. Boo! That really bites because it would probably cost me more than an hour of time to return them and get home to enjoy them. No one answered the phone when I called. I’m feeling invisible and helpless. Guess I gotta take my money and time somewhere I can get the service I need.

I love the food at low prices but I absolutely hate the service. I came for a pickup DoorDash and for some reason, they could not find it. I was out in the snow for 15 mins before they figured out their system and finally got my cold food.

First time I ordered here I paid for supreme tacos. I was charged for supreme and received regular tacos. Second time I went some items from my order was missing but I was still charged of course. Can’t trust drive thru if I consider going to this taco bell again the only option I have is going inside..

I would give it no stars to be honest. I went to taco bell because I haven’t had it in a while having a bad day this morning at 9:15 am and ask for the breakfast wrap combo with cinnamon delight coffee. I was nice to so I don’t understand why the employee did this but she/he left boogers in my coffee and I literally throw up everything. That is really immature and messed up. Im never coming back here again.
