Literally the worst taco bell around. Three bad experiences in a row. First they had their doors locked during normal business hours, no closed sign either with the employee watching me as i try to open the door. The second time i opted for the drive-through, they will ignore you until you drive away. And just now they cannot get an order right. I ordered a sausage crunchwrap but they gave me a bacon one, not fully cooked either…and when approached they said they cant do anything because they are now only serving lunch

6 employees all standing around inside. Sat there for a good 2-5 minutes, saying “hello” with no response. Drove by and they just stared. 3 other customers behind us went through the same thing. It was pretty inconsiderate. If you’re closed, say that you are so people can go on about their day.

This location is usually pretty good but from time to time they’ve forgotten my sauce and last time I was in they put the wrong item in my order but quickly and painlessly switched it out for the right item. Also they usually do a good job hooking it up with burrito filling but the burritos were a bit skimpy today.

Waited 15 minutes after ordering through the kiosk before getting up and asking them if they had received my order while they were all standing around. Once I got the order, I decided to make sure that I was getting all the items that I had ordered and seen that I missed one. They immediately gave it to me which was nice but then once I got home, I realized I was still missing one thing and the order was not what I ordered. When asking them if there was a manager on duty or a phone number or email I can contact somebody. They dismiss me and told me I can find it on the website. Very unprofessional. This place is ridiculous with their speed and width. Always missing an item. I will never be coming back to this location ever.

Was speaking with the manager that my order was wrong showing her on my receipt when the assistant manager storms up snatches. The receipt out of my hand starts cussing and everything in Spanish. Then a male employee walks up behind me to intimidate me. I walked out of the store screaming back at the assistant manager. Of the 15 times I’ve gone, they’ve gotten my order majorly incorrect every time but once. Discluding items I’ve paid for, changing ingredients, overcharging me, wrong food. Please check your bag before driving away.
