Extremely slow service. I’ve waited well over 30 minutes the past two times I’ve gone, and there weren’t many customers at all. As a previous taco bell employee, the management of this location really needs to step it up. These waits are absurd, go to a sit down restaurant instead and you’ll have finished your meal before you would’ve gotten the taco bell. Foods usually just slightly warmer than room temp. Today I ordered the nacho fry box, waited over 40 min, and when I got it it was just regular taco bell potato’s with the fry seasoning. They didn’t give any warning that they were out whatsoever.

Not only was the food awful and getting worse here by the year lol the dude behind the counter with glasses was raging upset that they actually had customers coming in, asked for my cup and I swear dude was about to swing lol, avoid this place. This place sucked before they closed a year ago they are just as bad now. Spent $17 on 4 items asked for no lettuce on all 4 items spent 20 mins in drive thru. After I payed watched 3 employees do absolutely nothing one was sitting down other 2 were yawning majority of the time but all 3 were doing nothing at all. Got my food left to then get home and discover all 4 items had lettuce this place is terrible glad I now know whoever reopened this place is just as bad as before. Will never go back to this dump!!!

This place rocks. Does it take a bit to get your food? Yeah. Will you sometimes get an extra or one less item. Pretty consistently, but the Karmic forces of the universe seem to make it all even out and it’s been a lot better. Nicest employees of any fast food place especially considering how rude people are at this place. If you can’t tell, I hit this place pretty often, and have never heard a repeat joke in the drive thru. Get some friends together, have a chat, take your time, and enjoy some Taco Bell.

Worst Taco Bell ever. I’ve waited over an hour total for a pre-paid mobile order. 45 min at the drive thru speaker waiting for someone to take my order and watching the cars ahead of me leave one at a time without any activity at the window, then 20 inside the dingy lobby where there was a full staff but no one interacting with customers. They also have never made my order right. I just ordered delivery and received the completely wrong order, plus got sass from the driver when I asked if he had our drinks. NEVER use to this location. The one on 28th is amazing, just go there. Unfortunately they don’t deliver but it’s so worth the trip.

Ok so their staffing levels can be a bit problematic but I think it’s been getting better lately. I originally had a 1 star review here but I’m raising it to 4 because I think I was a bit harsh. Ultimately, the employees they DO hire are really great – some of the best of any Taco Bell I’ve been to. If they’re closed randomly sometimes then whatever. Happy to take what I can get!

Literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever gotten food from. I’ve always waited an unreasonable amount of time when going there. But also never received the correct order. Not ONCE. Mistakenly got delivery from them today and ended up with the complete wrong order. How hard is it to make TACO BELL..?

Absurd drive thru wait times and lines. Almost wrapped around the entire parking lot near the restaurant. I’m a delivery driver and these wait times are just not okay. Not to mention I got cut off twice trying to get into the drive thru line and almost got into an accident by someone so desperate to get in line they would risk a car crash. Seriously?
