We went through the drive thru at around midnight. We ordered and got up to the window only to wait for almost 10 minutes even though we were the only customers there. We finally got our food, and there was a hard plastic bread tie in my bean burrito.

This place has consistently been so slow since it opened. You can sit in line for 15 minutes. Like I’m doing right now. There is no way to get out of line once you start waiting to get to the speaker. So make sure you really mean to be there and you have plenty of time. PLENTY. OF. TIME.

everything was squished and cold and bad and also i’m sorry but i asked for “a bunch of fire sauce” and y’all gave me 3. why? what did i do to you?? also for context i live 3 minutes away no reason my stuff should have been that stale and cold and terrible. my taco shell was shattered and i know that my 2 other burritos were not heavy enough to crush it like that. y’all are consistently the worst taco bell i have ever been to in all the states i’ve lived in and visited. never coming back and idk why it took me a 4th disappointment to come to this conclusion.

The food was good, the wait for dine in was just a few minutes at 5:30pm. The tables inside were dirty and trash and sauce on the floors. One of my 3 crunchy tacos was broken and Kline had almost no filling. The dining room was so cold too.

I’ve only been to this location a few times and each has been the slowest experience at any drive-thru in my life. I wish I could say I’m exaggerating, but I just spent over 40 minutes stuck in the drive-thru. My 2 spicy potato soft tacos had some kind of green ranch sauce on them instead of the spicy whatever. Not sure if they’re always under-staffed or what, but they’re having a hard time. Without the ‘fast’, it’s just shįtty food. I’ll likely not be returning to this location.

10,000x better than any Taco Bell’s in Boulder city and the only one that doesn’t close at 8pm. The waits are never long, and if the line is long just order inside and be in and out in minutes. They also put more care in the food, which doesn’t really say much because it is a Taco Bell after all. But compared to all of the locations in Boulder, this is fine quisine here

Came here at 12 at night and ordered a number 1 with no lettuce and bean burrito with no onion and a Baja blast. She sounded confused when I ordered so I verified with her at the window and was confident that my order was right and handed me my food after giving me the wrong drink.. and the order was 100% wrong so when I drove back to get my order fixed I she was giving me attitude and gave me 3 crushed cold tacos the way I ordered it. She was very rude and what a waste of time. Don’t waste your time coming here.
