Wow. Where do I even start? Just wow. I was excited to change routine and eat inside at a Taco Bell to satiate a craving. First off, the dining room was absolutely filthy. Every seat. So I asked for a to go bag and they scoffed but gave one. Then the order was wrong. Then the soda was out of syrup and no lids. So we said forget it. Also the kitchen was a mess where I could see. They couldn’t figure out which order was ours for a refund so that took a while. Other people were standing around mad that their mobile orders were lost and not made. They asked for refunds and left too. The bathroom had vomit on the floor and it was mopped over lazily but still there. I was just in absolute shock of how terrible this experience was, I am blown away. They weren’t even understaffed.

Worst fast food experience I’ve had in a while. Was second car from the window and took 25 min. No sorry for the wait or anything. Came home and food was cold and no hot sauce. There’s a Mexican resteraunt on every corner so I won’t be doing taco bell for while. At least not this location.

Went in the late evening on my break, thinking they’d be fast however, I waited over 15 min for my order when there was nobody else in line and I could clearly see my order on the counter. I then asked the young lady to just give me what was ready and not to worry about the 1 taco. she said it was ready to just wait one second which turned out to be more like 5 min. Finally got the food and the burritos were flat and the tortilla for my mexican pizza tasted stale. I believe they were most likely understaffed, which I understand. Hopefully they can get some better management and more staff. Overall was not pleased

Most likely THE slowest drive through in the entire town. Not due to a lack of staffing, but rather incompetence from the staff. Lobby is always locked so don’t even try walking in to speed things up. Clearly they need a change in management at this location as the current ones have no clue how to manage a fast food restaraunt.

So freaking slow!! I waited over 40 minutes for an online order I had made for drive-through pickup. Only 7 cars in front of me. Gave me the wrong drinks, though did (reluctantly) get the right one when I asked. Food was accurate, and pretty typical quality. I’ve come here a few times and this location is always ridiculously slow. They just absolutely do not have their **** together in any sense.

William t is a rude inconsiderate kid who shouldn’t be working here. He called me a fool twice when I asked why the Mexican pizza wasn’t on my order. He told me I’m a fool cuz he repeated the order back to me. Such a terrible experience. The meat tasted like it had so much salt dumped in it . I’ll never go back to this franchise location. He should be fired and thought how to talk to a customer.
