3rd time coming to this location and 3rd terrible experience. Good is always forgotten or made wrong. Got these nacho supreme (there was supposed to be 2 but got only 1) and not only were the chips WAY over salted, but they gave me meat, grease and cheese as the topping ? It was completely inedible. I got a crunch wrap supreme and it was cold and soggy, and a cheese quesadilla that was cold and tasted old with barely any cheese. I waited in the drive through line for about 30 minutes as well. Also, their number doesn’t even work! I’ll be coming back in to get my money back and not coming back until these reviews get better

I’ve been there 4 times and 3 of the times it was closed without any notice on the door or drive-thru. I attached my favorite photo. Drive-thru was a no answer and dining room was locked but a little chihuahua was tied to the kiosk inside. “¿Está abierto Taco Bell?”

This was the dirtiest restaurant I have ever seen with 4 people working. I understand things taking time but when it took 10 minutes to get a watercup while walking in and the guy placed it on the counter walking slowly without a word it felt like the employees didn’t want to be there

Got meals for 3 people. The fries containers were only half full, cheese container barely half full so not near enough cheese for the fries. Ordered cinnamon crisps, which we never got. Being a new location you would think they would want to do their best. If this is their best, I won’t be back.

I waited an hour for my food and I eventually went up and asked for a refund because I was running late for something. They completely ignored me. I even said “ hey I know you have a hard job and I want to be respectful towards you. If I can get a refund I’ll be on my way”. They continued to ignore me until one person said “im not stopping what im doing to help you.” Eventually I had to leave to make it on time and decided that it wasn’t worth the money to wait around for the food. If you go to this location I highly recommend that you not bother with ordering inside but instead only order through the drive through. They seem to give drive through customers priority.

The guy at the window was nice, but that was pretty much the best part. The food was so poorly prepared you couldn’t eat it. Every hard shell taco was so badly broken they literally fell apart when you unwrapped them. Hardly any cheese and clumps of meat just thrown into the shells, they didn’t look like supreme tacos, just ugly and sparse. I was pretty disappointed in the condition of the food. Do better people, I’m sure this isn’t how you were trained to prepare food. It should be aesthetically appropriate and look decent so you can actually eat it. I gotta say, I was surprised by the amount of bad reviews here. A couple of which seemed kind of implausible. And i cant help but wonder if it is connected to the rumors i hear of berthoud not really wanting this place. I’ve been several times and had a fairly good experience everyt time. Food was good, workers seemed nice, and it didn’t take to long to get it. I haven’t been in the restaurant itself but my wife has and said it seemed clean enough. The cashier could have been more fourth coming with information but otherwise pretty standard she said. It is also open an hour before the loveland ones so that’s good for my family of 5 am awakeners.

Drove up and three employees were holding the door open while vaping outside. Unprofessional. Went in and they are blasting inappropriate music and I had went in with my kids. Got my food and had to go back up twice because they forgot stuff. Its insane that this place is being allowed to run this way. I will be launching a formal complaint through corporate.

4 visits this month, every time something has been missing and the items have had the wrong meat and or missing the meat completely. Example i ordered a crispy chicken taco and was give potatoes. Lol I don’t know why I come back.

this is the WORST taco bell ever. i was accused of talking a bunch of smack about a worker when really i was having a personal conversation and it had absolutely nothing to do with the worker. daphne dimmit, one of the taco bell workers dmed me on instagram shortly after we got out of the drive through and told me i was not ever welcomed back and if i did come back, i would not be served. it is so disrespectful to quickly assume what a persons conversation may be and completely unprofessional of her. will absolutely never come back to this taco bell!!
