Don’t think this taco bell is going to be around long. For at least two weeks they have been out of all sauces. The dining room fountain drinks, maybe 2 flavors work and they claimed there was nothing better in the back. No spoons. Ordered a crunchy taco without lettuce. The picture Attached is what I got. I paid for lava sauce and they gave me chipotle so no heat whatsoever to this meal. And without their sauces taco bell is very mediocre. Won’t be going back to this location ever.

Spent $24 at Taco Bell. Two cheesy Gordita crunches that barely had anything in them. The steak grilled cheese was so small and barely any meat and more rice that anything. The potato soft tacos the potatoes were super burnt. Usually they’re out of Baja blast but thankfully they had it today. We called in and spoke to the assistant manager and he is correcting the issue. But what a huge disappointment. I don’t think this mistake is not on the company but the employees.

Ordered 4 soft tacos, got two made with steak and two made with chicken? Was expecting ground beef but maybe they ran out. But there was almost no meat in the tacos, there are like actually 4 tiny pieces of chicken in this taco and a bunch of lettuce

Food made incorrectly and missing items. Their chips aren’t even taco bell chips but rather some third party bag of chips from the grocery stores. Worst experience and I didn’t even think it could get worse. Can’t even call to complain as I hung up after waiting on hold for 40 minutes.

Miserable experience twice now. Done. Tonight they closed the dinning room despite the app allowing me to order pickup. Then they proceeded to tell my wife and I that they received nothing and gave us a fake number to seek a refund. Magically found the order when challenged on the fake number. Made our order quite wrong, and well… This crunchwrap photo was pretty much the story all throughout the order.

A typical Colorado Springs Taco Bell that hasn’t taught their employees what ingredients that go into a chicken quesadilla or any menu item in that regard. Serious don’t waste your money here. This place is awful. Some corporate chat bot will respond to my review and say to visit their website to help fix the issue but nothing will come of it. Welcome to the dystopian future where we’ll all eventually be eating Soylent green. It starts with Taco Bell people. You call that a quesadilla?

I placed a mobile order 10 minutes prior to walking in to this location. I waited an additional 20 minutes just to be told that my order wasn’t being made yet and that their manager just quit. I’d have to wait an additional 10 minutes to receive my food, but at this point, I just asked for a refund because the employee prepping the food wasn’t wearing an apron, and his boxers were making full contact with the cutting board. It’s unhygienic and I wasn’t going to wait any longer for food that has made contact with someone’s undergarments. I didn’t receive my refund and was directed to call 1800tacobell. I called that number and their services are closed past 7pm.

Worst Taco Bell ever! Ordered a quesarito and this is what I got…not worth almost $5 if you can’t even get it right! The last time I went to this location, they did the same thing with my beefy 5 layer burrito. Also staff was very unprofessional! This used to be a good location and now it’s horrible. New staff maybe? Save your time, money and happiness; go to a different Taco Bell.
