They tried to rip me off. I ordered 2 famous bowls and some tacos. 1 bowl as a meal for $10.99, 1 as just a bowl for $6.99. The meal is supposed to come with a drink and fries. I was given no fries. The lady at the window and 4 other men told me I was not supposed to get fries with the meal. I replied with, so you charged me 4 dollars for a medium drink then? She said yeah I guess. WOW, just wow I replied. She said she wasn’t in charge of pricing and no fries come with the meal. I drive back around to the menu, take a picture of the famous bowl on their menu, and go back to the drive-up window to show them it includes items with the meal. They continued to argue with me and say no fries come with a meal. I am just shocked at the way the entire business argued with me when I provided them with a picture of their own food menu. We won’t be returning to this location.

Ordered chicken soft tacos and there was no meat in any of them! Yeah, thanks for my lettuce only tacos. My total was $19 for lettuce tacos and a cold burnt chicken sandwich. I won’t be back, which is too bad because I actually like the drive thru lady. She’s super friendly but this place is awful. Terrible filthy, awful! Also, good luck calling to complain to anyone with the published phone number on the receipt. Disconnected, are you kidding me!!!?

Stopped to get some food on our trip to the mountains. After not having service for a couple of days we noticed that we had 11 transactions for Apple after using our credit card there. We had our card skimmed and are now trying to get the fraudulent charges taken care of. Place was not that clean and the bathrooms were filthy and the food wasn’t what you would expect quality wise from. Taco Bell KFC. I wish I could give negative stars now that we are dealing with multiple $99.99 charges to Apple. The two gentlemen that were working were acting weird after each transaction. They would disappear to the back even though it was not busy and no food was coming out I wonder how many more people had their credit cards skimmed on July 6th, 2023 at this place.

Immediately from entering, waited 20 minutes until someone came to get our order. Used the bathroom, which was disgusting. I was too afraid to sit on the seat. Picked up our order, they gave us the wrong kind of tacos, and chicken sandwich and my supreme Crunchwrap didn’t have any black bean on it. Only lettuce and tomato and sour cream. And their food tastes off, like there’s something off about how they make food. I wouldn’t eat here again if it was the last thing open.

I’m a truck driver, so, I’ve been all around the USA. Sometimes I like to not cook and get some fast food. Well, I made a mistake with this KFC! The absolute worst I’ve ever been to! First of all, don’t pay attention to the sign where it says “original or extra crispy”. They don’t serve “extra crispy”, per the lady taking my order. That it’s a choice that each KFC has. I ordered a 2 piece with Fries. Before I could grab my receipt, the order was ready, in a STYROFOAM container! I went to get my fountain drink and they were out of tea. So, I get the mango drink. It was watered down. I threw it out. I got the Sierra mist, also watered down. The area was dirty and trash was full. I was the only customer, when I walked in. I get to my semi truck and open my container, there are 2 very tiny pieces of chicken. Very light in color, a dry and old biscuit, no butter. French fries. The chicken doesn’t even taste like the KFC recipe. I was so disappointed. I should have known it wasn’t a good choice as soon as I saw the Styrofoam container. Then, the prices were outrageous! $10.99 for a 2 piece, dark, with one side.

WE WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN! This place used to be a great stop for us on the way to Denver but since changing owners or management it has gone down hill and has gotten to be disgusting! The bathrooms are horrible! The kitchen looks dirty! Employees are not friendly at all! The food was the worst! My supreme burrito was a runny mess of some sort of beans and hardly any meat and all of the other food we ordered barely had the ingredients they were supposed to have. Taco Bell is great…this one is not and it sadly gives Taco Bell a bad reputation.

This place looks like it has made some improvements. The food came out so fast people were not ready to pick it up. My husband reports the urinal is fine. Tables were not great, but some were fine. It was rush hour after all. Sadly, it was the worst crunchwrap I’ve ever had. It hardly had anything in it.

We have given this place too many chances to get its act together. Constant order mistakes. The KFC chicken is many times overcooked, burnt, or very oily. Drink machines are out of something and likely no ice. Our last visit there they told me that I had to go back in line, wait, and pay 60 cents for a sauce packet because our chicken wasn’t tenders. Trash cans inside were overflowing. This place needs a complete management overhaul.

The food was good. The kid making the orders up was busting his butt and cranking food out despite how consistently busy they were as we sat and ate. Only gripe is this lady behind the counter yelling about everything. I don’t know what her issue was. She yelled at every person trying to use the bathroom as it was for patrons only. Most everyone was going to get food, so there were no issues. She was creating an issue out of nothing. Very off-putting and rude as hell. I feel bad for the other people working there. The girl in training had a hostage look on her face. Someone in Management needs to address that nutcase. Like a rent a cop attitude with no gun. Probably because she has no control anywhere in her life. So she verbally abuses patrons and the work environment.

Wow, its pretty terrible to see a place taking total advantage of people like this privately owned kfc/taco bell. I got the 5 chicken strip meal, with 12 undercooked french fries, and a side of corn, and the total for my food alone was $22. You can eat at a steakhouse for that, but this location is taking advantage of people coming off of the highway. There was dirty toilet paper all over the floor outside of the restrooms, the tables were sticky, and all of the drinks were out of syrup; The three employees didn’t care though, as they all were sitting in different booths playing on their phones the entire time we were there.
