I wish I could write a better review, but unfortunately, Taco Bell has priced the Burrito Supreme in the Stratosphere. Hell, they will sell you 2 larger burritos for less money than one burrito supreme. BOO taco bell and your $5 burrito supreme. What a ripoff!

The food was hot, and everything rolled like a burrito but tasted like TB. Staff was friendly and more than a dozen for the dinner shift. Was very helpful with multiple customers, delivery, carry out, large family, single dinners. However, the dining room needs to be cleaned, there was food on the floor, some still in wrappers, as well as the condiments needed to be restocked.

I ordered on the app to pick up. Literally the food was ready in like 5mns, wasnt expecting that since its the 2nd day its opened and the lines for the drive thru are so long, figured they would be super busy, but got my food very fast when i ordered pick up in store! Food was good if you dont want to wait in drive thru i definitely recommend you ordering through the app.

Came through drive through for lunch today and thought the food would be fresh cause it was busy and I was in line for more than 10 minutes. All my food was cold. The chalupa felt like it just came out of the cooler and the Mexican pizzas were barely warm. To bad Daniel Mason wasn’t working to make sure my food was good.I think the staff should learn a few things from him on how to make your food enjoyable.

Food was fine only because it’s standard Taco Bell fare. Service is terrible though. Twice now I’ve ordered from the mobile app only to watch the drive-thru line shrink from my window seat. Spending 25 minutes in-store AFTER ordering from home on the app is laughable service.

Lobby was filthy no garbage close to drink machines. Drink machines out of ice and Dr. Pepper. Had to ask 3 times for ice Nathanael 3 times to get ice for our drink. Spend 90$ on food and couldn’t get the order right when there was literally no one in the store. Nathaniel has horrible customer service. Also the people in the back are very rude as well when I asked for ice while they were just standing around. Worse tacobell I ever went to. I will never go back.

I ordered a quesadilla and there was probably 2 whole piece of chicken in the entire thing. also ordered a spicy potato taco and my mouth has never been more damn dry, potato’s were burnt and there was no sauce in it. Only thing that was good was the Dr Pepper, I’m pregnant and this meal was so disappointing lol

This location needs to finalize some hours. Signs everywhere that say closed at 10pm but workers and all lights on at 1230am. Do they take that long to wrap up or are the signs there so they don’t have to work.
