I was never interested in eating taco bell because of the stigma behind it. But I’ve recently resorted to getting my breakfast here most days and Benjamin is who usually has to deal with me; Benjamin is a super friendly and helpful guy. Definitely an encouraging trait to have when I want a quick meal. Great customer service!

My wife and I were blown away by what an impatient jerk the guy at the drive thru was today. I’ll never come back here. Why are you asking me to order like youre in some kind of huge rush? Are you going somewhere my guy? Kept asking me, “IS THAT IT!?” after every single item I ordered. Then asked me repeatedly (Five Times) if the order looked correct on the screen while I tried to check and make sure that it was. Well, the order on the screen was correct, but you still got it wrong. News Flash, maybe don’t immediately act like a total A-Hole to people ordering in the drive through.

Whether you order in the drive through or DoorDash, they suck. They forget sauce, when I requested it. Taco shells are broken. Customer service is terrible. Go to a different location and maybe they’ll actually get your food right.

I almost exclusively go through the drive-through. There are times when the intercom has issues picking up what I’m saying, but I’ve never had too much trouble getting an order down. Even when there is a long line, the workers are able to bust through it. They deserve some congratulations.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT COME HERE. Nobody speaks English, doors are locked at 10:30am with all the lights off EVERY TIME you come here in the morning. Already paid for food through the mobile app to be fast for work, but one employee here that doesn’t speak English and cannot help me. Worst place to go consistently in the morning before noon. Pretty clear the manager is ruining this place after my experience yesterday. Waited far too long, and was told they were short staffed due to a huge amount of people quitting. After seeing the managers attitude I could see why. I wouldn’t work for someone like that either.

The centerville one is worth the extra drive. Ordered a grilled cheese burrito box which comes with a loco taco. Got home and they gave me a normal hard shell taco, but my husband’s box had one so I know they weren’t out. Our chalupas were basically just sour cream, lettuce, and cheese that was clumped/frozen together. The very little meat that was on it was cold and so was the shell. Very disappointing 🙁

Gavyn smith and Jackson Rodeback gave the best service I’ve ever had they had a great attitude and great customer service. Food came out fast and the whole restaurant was cleaned when we got there and every time someone would leave Gavyn would clean the tables.
