My husband and I both got the sausage breakfast Crunchwrap but instead of being a whole sausage patty (like the picture advertises), there were TINY bits of sausage sprinkled throughout, which basically just made it an egg and hash brown Crunchwrap. You also had to use sauce with it because it had no flavor of its own. VERY disappointed, especially since we’ve heard good things about their breakfast. We won’t be coming back.

Made a mobile order tonight around 8:30pm and was told by the manager that my order wasn’t showing in their system and I had to come inside so she could “investigate” my claim of having a paid order even though I showed her the app showing my order was paid for, what it was, and that I was at the correct location. So I went inside and miraculously my order showed up in the system just as I did. I asked if 2 of my burritos could be grilled and she refused, telling me they had to make things exactly how they were on the mobile order receipt (grilling is not available as an option in the app). I told her I was a former Taco Bell restaurant manager and I was surprised that she was refusing such a simple request. She proceeded to tell me if I was a former customer service manager then I should have been nicer because “managers dealing with cancer have enough to deal with.” By this time I was highly upset but made nice so I could get my food and leave. This experience has made me never want to eat at this location again. I’m sorry she has cancer but that was in no way relevant to the situation when dealing with an upset customer. She was rude and snippy during the entire exchange and needs to be taught better customer service skills.

I came through the drive through on 7/27/23 at 8am, the girl who helped me was wonderful, attentive, and extremely helpful. I did not catch her name, but was very impressed. Also at some locations I find they don’t wrap my burritos tight enough, but my burritos were wrapped tight at this location so I was able to eat them while driving without having contents spill and leak everywhere. Overall a great experience.

Was super sweet as far as service. Service was fast and accurate. Good was also hot which was really a plus. From the looks of things it really clean and they serve their food in its proper containers. Has been and still is a great place to eat

I was really surprised at how slow the service was. It wasn’t that busy, but it took 25 minutes to get two tacos. I felt bad for the employees. They looked like they were all new and trying to figure things out. There didn’t appear to be a manager or anyone with experience to manage the staff or help. Customers were getting pretty frustrated. After I got my order and left, I realized they gave me beef tacos instead of the chicken tacos I ordered. Hopefully it was just an off night, but I I’m not planning to go back anytime soon.

Updated review: After my bad experience, the GM reached out to me apologize and make it right. We went back and they got our order out in 5 minutes or so. Hope it continues!

I can honestly say I’ve never had an experience at a Taco Bell where I was genuinely impressed with the service, but this place was different. I grabbed lunch about two hours ago and needed to share. I came in and started ordering on the self-service kiosk, but couldn’t find what I was looking for. Unprompted, a very nice lady came up and asked me if I needed help. She told me that what I was looking for wasn’t available in store, which is totally fine. Then, a man, who I’m assuming is a manager or something, mentioned that I would probably

Dine-in is very much set up around self service. That’d be fine except the ordering kiosks do not give you an option for:
