I had a late night for work and was hungry so I decided to come here for a quick bite. I got to the drive thru and asked if they had any deals. The guy said “Nope”. I asked if I could get two beef chalupas and he said “We don’t have any lettuce is that ok?”…I can’t comprehend how a fast food chain can possibly be out of a main ingredient like lettuce…send someone over to a grocery store or something… horrible service and I will never come here again.

I waited in their lobby to place an order for over 40 minutes only to be told that I had to place my order on the stupid kiosk because they are too cheap to hire any employees to take orders and as a disabled person that is blind that doesn’t work. I then got in my shuttled vehicle, and we waited in the drive-through for an additional 45 minutes before we were served only to receive food that was poor quality, cold, and half of our order was wrong. This is one of the worst Taco Bell locations I’ve ever been to and I’ve been a customer for over 30 years I would never go to this Taco Bell in Riverton Utah. It’s the worst! This is what happens when businesses try to make everything with technology and won’t hire people. You’re going to lose lots of customers because of your technology! Also, Taco Bell is NOT disability friendly whatsoever.

Ashley was completely unprofessional when we came through for our order. For one the drive thur lights were off so we went straight to the window. She yelled at us for that. We said your lights are off she said that isn’t her problem. Then we questioned our order and she snapped at us. i have never written a review in my life but this truly is like the worst experience i’ve ever had. we ordered 35 minutes before we got our food. we had two burritos. staff has a serious attitude problem. two different employees were rude to us. we did not even say one word to them and they came up to us separately and were just extremely rude. and our $5 burritos were nothing but sauce. ew. i didn’t pay $5 for sauce wrapped in a tortilla. bad experience all around these employees need a serious reality check bc they’re all terrible and i hope they all lose friends bc they’re terrible and they work at a terrible restaurant (great restaurant actually but they make this location terrible) i understand working in fast food is awful but these were genuinely some of the worst people i’ve ever interacted with in my life.
