May 24th-I don’t understand why it is so hard for people to understand how to package items in a bag. Why you would stack 8 bean burritos on top of a Mexican pizza is beyond me. (First photo) Either they don’t care or they don’t have enough foresight to think about how the weight of a bunch of burritos might crush the thin little box holding a Mexican pizza. Also, chips for nachos were stale and old, tacos and cheesy gordita crunch barely had any meat in them, sauce and cheese were also very light.

Got my food but didn’t get my freeze I waited by the counter while they talked and laughed the lady taking orders just walked outside instead of helping me or asking me what I needed. The whole dining room was dirty. Horrible service. I guess at least the food was hot and fresh but I never got my freeze they never came to the counter I gave up.

Learn how to wrap a burrito! No one acknowledged us. We ordered on the screen and then waited around 10 minutes. They had at least 5 people standing around. The restaurant was clean and empty. Then when we got to the car and unwrapped the food everything was following apart, burritos were mislabeled. Not the finest Taco Bell out there.

We waited over 20 minutes at night to pick up an online order while the staff asked if we’d been helped but never then followed through to finish helping. One staff member packed ALL orders and continued getting on his phone while they all just cleaned and ignored the lobby and we waited. As a dasher I was then penalized for being late. Two other dashers came and waited eventually trying to decide about just dropping the orders. Thankful to the girl who left her job at the drive through who then also finished and packed my order.

Ordered a Chicken Quesadilla and they forgot the creamy jalapeno sauce. Also ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme and they forgot the crunchy part (the tostada). They also put little to no lettuce and tomato. It was just the meat and cheese basically. Overall a terrible experience.

Ordered on the app and my substitute sauce was ignored, and my crunch wrap had almost no meat. What little there was, was squished out to the edges, not good. This isn’t the first time that they’ve messed up the order.

The food is what you would expect from taco bell. But this location in particular takes way too long to cook one burrito I’m sorry but it doesn’t take 45 minutes to to make a burrito. I believe something needs to be looked into here. All the other locations are so guick why does this one take way longer?

It was your ordinary Taco Bell. The restaurant was clean and the food was nothing spectacular. Just normal Taco Bell food. The cinnamon twists were not stale though and were warm. Unlike other Taco Bell’s I have been to.

It never ceases to amaze me. Restaurants display these pictures of their food and when you get it it looks absolutely nothing like the picture. I got a number four there. When I got it I think it may be with a quarter of an inch thick, maybe. In the picture it looked like it was 2 inches thick. What a joke. Absolute joke. I paid essentially $9 for a medium size pancake. I will never ever go to Taco Bell again.
