Picture this. 2 hours in the gym at planet fitness, running on 3 hours of sleep. Tired bad work out and hungry. I already felt bad about myself. How do I fix my emotions towards myself? Taco Bell!!! They just happen to be open at 12:34am when everyone else is asleep there is my saving grace. When I pulled up I got my order quick. However while waiting after paying I could tell there was some confusion in the kitchen and orders were beginning to back up (lots of hungry people in Logan this late at night). I patiently waited for my food to come. I felt bad for the staff I could tell they were super stressed and kept apologizing. I told them to take there time I am in no rush. I’m just going home to eat and study my real estate. The food finally arrived and though the hard shells were stale, the service made up for it. Great staff you guys have! Please keep Baja blast on the ready because that’s my only reason for visiting. Applause to the staff working there

I’ve never had any issues at this Taco Bell. Not much to say, it’s Taco Bell. The times I’ve dined in everything’s been relatively clean. When I head up the drive-thru it moves relatively quickly as well.

Went through the drive through at 11:30pm, only 1 car in front of us, and ordered 5 cheesy bean and rice burritos. Instead we got 2 cheesy roll ups, 2 soft tacos, and a Dorito taco. Didn’t realize till we got home because I counted 5 items and figured it was correct. Do better Taco Bell.

The people that work here are the lowest quality individuals on the face of this earth. They messed up my entire order and I didn’t even try and go get it fixed because these people were so incompetent it was astounding. Also out of no where the employee at the kiosk told us that our burritos were going to be much smaller than usual. Same price though. Awful staff.

The food is good.. when it’s correct. Every other time they miss my drink and close the window on me so I wait and then they just glare and make a small drink really quick and slam the window. I wouldn’t bother asking for sauce until you’re at the window or you won’t get any. I mean for fast food you can’t really set the bar very high but you might wanna lower it a bit for this place. If you want taco bell that bad go to the south logan location

A kind young man named Kyle was my helper at Taco Bell today. He served at the window. I’m going in for surgery tomorrow, and I’m feeling very worried and upset. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a few breakfast burritos about 30 minutes before breakfast ended, when I got home I noticed my burritos were completely wrong. I called this location to get my order fixed, but because it was 3 MINUTES after breakfast had ended, the refused to fix my order. Not to mention the manager on duty admitted that it was their mistake. The most frustrating part was that when I saw the manager wasn’t willing to help me, I asked for the supervisor’s name and she would not tell me, but instead hung up on me and blocked my number. Absolutely ridiculous customer service! I will not be frequenting this location anymore, the people are completely incompetent.

This place is one of the better taco bells I’ve been to. The people are surprisingly friendly. The food came out hot and hella proper. And they are actively practicing social distancing. Recommend this one for sure.
