I came to this location and went up to the counter to order. I was told that if I wanted food I’d have to use the robot. I told them I wouldn’t use the robot and that I would go to the other taco bell location. They told me that the other location was the same. It was not. I walked up to the counter and was greeted by friendly staff who quickly took my order. I would suggest that you go to the 4th south taco bell, unless you like robots…. then enjoy your soul less lunch. The inability and lack of desire to interact with one another is eroding the soul of this country. IMHO

Grilled cheese burrito $4.89. Prices keep going up and quality and portions keep going down. In the pictures you can see I got a tortilla with a little meat and sauce.

Place was very clean. Only three sets of diners were in the restaurant and it took so long for us to get our food. Asked for a burrito with sour cream, and paid for sour cream, but didn’t receive sour cream. Only two employees were working, so it was understandable it would take some time, but drive through got priority, and food wasn’t as ordered.

936-I went in to order because I can’t understand the words from the drive-thru speaker…..but I was directed to the kiosk to order…..I was the only customer in the place and the only customer car in the parking lot…..I said I hated the kiosk because my hands/fingers are perpetually dry and a kiosk doesn’t respond to a dry finger……Please just take my order for two burrito supreme and two soft tacos.

The worst fast food experience yet. The order was wrong (again) and when I opened the rice this is what we got. It’s about 2 Tbsp. of rice for $2. When I put both sides of rice together it didn’t fill up the container. I even asked the manager and he said “that’s what it’s is, I’m just doing what they told me.” Absolutely ridiculous, isn’t rice like the cheapest ingredient on the menu? You get more rice in a burrito. I will NOT be back again.

Surly, rude, dishonest emplyees. Especially the managment. If you have an issue with your food or the service, let it go and eat someplace else in the future. If the managment here is confronted with an issue or concern you have, they will lecture you like it’s your fault. There is a taco place less than a block away that is %100 percent tastier, safer, cleaner and far less hostile. If you wanted to hate Taco Bell forever, this is the one to go to.

Pretty sad that on a snowy day with ZERO customers in their lobby and drive through a taco bell employee directed me to the self check kiosk to place my order. I just left and will not be spending money here in the future. This is how very well known establishments end up closing their doors.

I went to pick up an online order through the drive-thru window. I got there when every computer froze up! Not their fault. The teenaged kids running the place we’re doing their best to be the IT techs. They got me my meal 20 minutes later, nice and hot, and slightly wrong, yet totally understandable. The four star rating is bcz I feel that the adult managers should have been there to support the inexperienced staff and get everything online. Must get better training for computers going down

Don’t go during day shift to this Taco Bell. The day time crew members are so disrespectful. My partner and bought 2 chicken quesadillas, 2 cheese gorditas and a bean burrito. I had brought back in two Gordita crunches and both tacos tasted stale, like the taco shells had been sitting out for weeks. When I asked them to remake them the cashier turned around to walk away but muttered “we’ll remake them”. Once the food was remade the crew member threw the bag on the table and walked away. I was not rude or disrespectful to the staff at all and am extremely disappointed as when I came back out the other tacos were stale as well. Which makes me think they’re serving everyone else today the same stale tacos. We tried to eat the chicken quesadillas and they were completely cold and had maybe been made an hour ago. Overall, very poor experience. This Taco Bell has always been poor but this was the icing on the cake.

I absolutely HATE forced ordering on kiosks!! It takes away the person to person contact. The only contact, ” we are 100% kiosk ordering ONLY, said the mgr.” Then he calls my name, leaves the order on the counter. Not even eye contact. Or a THANK YOU!!
