****update*** unfortunately, the past three times I’ve gone and ordered my tacos supreme with no sour cream which means they should have tomatoes already. Then I asked for extra tomatoes and the picture is what I get. Please note the receipt $1.50 for extra tomatoes. Customer service is good. Food prep is horrible! ******”********This Taco Bell has improved immensely. Previously the shells tasted like chemicals. Everything tastes much better now. Service is good as well.

We ordered 2 D-back specials. 3/6 tacos had only meat — no lettuce or cheese. We chose not to eat in because of the rancid smell of cooking oil used too long to fry fish. Windows and door glass were not clean but you could see they had been sprayed and not wiped down after. At least I hope that’s what it was dripping down. We are returning the no cheese, no lettuce tacos. Hope they don’t accuse us of eating the cheese and lettuce and leaving the meat in the shell because we didn’t do it. Hope somebody cares about our experience.

I consider myself a bit of a Taco Bell connoisseur. There’s been a few times over the last 10 years when my order gets messed up, but overall I love this Taco Bell and any time that I go to a different one I’m less impressed.. Thanks for all great quick inexpensive food all these years!

If you go there after 11:00 p.m. the manager and the crew are top-notch. I pay way too much for cheese, lettuce, and meet for my tacos to not fill me up. This crew makes tacos how I remember Taco Bell used to make them! Wow! Give this manager a raise!

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would!! This Taco Bell is the WORST! They mess up the order EVERY single time I go, and I keep trying to give them a chance. I’m not talking figuratively, LITERALLY 5 times now. It JUST isn’t hard to remove tomatoes from the order. Horrible, just horrible incompetence. So much so, I drive 5 miles farther to enjoy Taco Bell and avoid this location. This was the final straw, this Mexican Pizza is just ridiculous. Shame on Taco Bell for not fixing this locations comedy of errors.
