I asked to speak with a manager in regards to asking if i could switch the cinnamon twist that came with my order for some tortilla chips because i am diabetic. I was told the manager was busy. I asked for the managers name and was told that is is against Taco Bells policy to give out the name of a manager .I heard the manager tell Lucy the cashier that it was not her problem that i was diabetic and did not want to talk with me.

The food is always good but the service always seems off all the time . And I haven’t left a review cause I’d always let things slide … but today we order our food and the person that got our order . Through drive thru named Alexis N. She told us we couldn’t have tomatoes off a taco . (Doritos supreme) then my bf replied with I usually get the tomatoes takin off and she said no. Then we asked to upgrade our drinks . To a large and she said it’s a medium . Idk if she isn’t trained correctly but tht was poor communication on her part . Cause she also kept telling us to repeat our order . And we did . But we got taco with tomatoes. But removed them when we got home . But had large drinks . Also when we were paying she rudely took the money . And slammed the drive thru window. And Rudely shoved the money in my bfs hands and dropped change. But she also gave us food with attitude and rolling her eyes . But like I said food is good but we would love to be treated nicely as we were nice to her .

Was abouta pee my pants and one of the employees asked if I ordered. I said no, and he responded well then you can’t use the bathroom. Let me tell you, when I pee on Taco Bell’s floor they won’t be happy. Love the food but that’s a stupid rule. I was gonna order after but decided not too because they were rude.

Ordered dinner last night. Went to pick up my order and only received 4 of the 5 boxes I ordered. I mentioned it to the girl at the window, she asked someone and said it was in the bag. I checked and it was not. Then she came back and said it was mixed in the other 4 boxes. So I was checking the boxes because I was not about to go home and have to go back. Another lady came and very rudely asked for the food back. I handed her the bag and she did whatever and came back with 5 boxes. I pulled around and stopped out front to check the boxes. Not a damn single box was right. I had to take everything out and redo the boxes so they had the correct items in them. Why would you just stuff everything in boxes an not properly make the orders. Every time we order from this location stuff is messed up and/or missing. I couldn’t imagine running a business so poorly with employees who clearly don’t care about their job. Will NEVER EVER be going back.

They got rid of their highchairs. So if you have a toddler that doesn’t sit still in a regular chair don’t bring them in. Just go through the drive thru. Other than that the people are nice and the food is pretty good from this location. No complaints there

They gave me a total when I had finished placing my order on the drive thru, when I made it to the window, that amount had changed. Later after receiving my receipt, I noticed that they took it upon themselves to round up my total for their foundation without asking. Mind you, I have no problem donating to causes, but when you do it without my consent or even asking, that’s theft. I dont know if their management has some kind of competition with their employees on donations or if this was just an isolated case, so this is just to warn others that may have a tighter budget where every cent matters.

Stopped in for a quick bite Here with the hubby. They now have $7 boxes that come with a drink. Food was fresh and had just been prepared. Great value for what we Paid. Service at drive thru was great. Employee was kind and courteous. Over-all everything was good.

My car broke down and I had to stop and wait for the repair person to show up. The people in the Taco Bell helped and kept my mother and I SAFE. Thank you. We ate inside the building.

Needed to use the restroom before getting food. The guy up front said I needed to order food first. Told him I will order afterwards because I really needed to use restroom first. He walks me to the bathroom door, unlocks it, and slams it open (evident that he was irritated). I was in and out in 10 seconds.
