Ordered 3 taco supremes and they were great. Drive thru was quick and order was correct. Only complaint is I needed 3 mild sauces and received 11. That means 8 go in the trash.

Most Taco bells are going to this type of kiosk. Which I would like to thank “AI for that”. The sad thing is it will eliminate employees and the customer service It’s sad when you can’t go up to a counter with a cash register and explain to the employee that you don’t want lettuce on your burrito and you can’t do that to a kiosk!!!

Skylar helped us at the order booth and front window he was nice from the beginning I didn’t realize they closed at 12am and didn’t want to be that last minute person but he didn’t make us feel that way like every other fast food place has before. His customer service skills and communication skills were alert letting us know they were out of beef but had everything else. Give Skylar a raise!!!

I went at 1:30 p.m. on a Thursday through the drive thru. It wasn’t busy. The cashier was nice, but the food was not. The nacho fries were old. The burrito with the fries didn’t have enough beef and the fries were burned. I pulled out two that were completely crispy and the rest tasted like they were cooked yesterday.

These workers are on top of it here. Thank goodness! I love that I can view my order for accuracy on the screen and when ib get to the window it’s pretty much always ready for me. Management must be great because no one is ever crabby here. Mostly big smiles and accurate orders. ☺️

After a long plane flight. At 10:30 on Satuday. I pulled up to the drive thru and put my order 3 cars in front of me i waited for 15 mins. When i got to the window, they turned off all the lights. Then the person at the window said, We are closed. I asked why and he said we are out of food, theres a location of Baseline and gilbert rd that is open and closed the window and locked it. Very unhappy and tired.

Do NOT do breakfast here. I ate a breakfast burrito then was sick the rest of the day. It felt like the food wanted to come back up. Stomach ache and heartburn after eating it. Go to taco bell on power and Mckellips. much better

I have been meaning to share for the past year. Anyways, I have always loved Taco Bell but it has gone so far down I don’t know if they’ll recover. The drive thru never gets your order correct. Always missing something. And as far as the tacos go, well they hardly put any meat anymore, so you order extra and it never gets put on. As far as burritos, well you hardly get anything in them either. We have literally gone to Taco Bell and placed an order. It was about $25.00. Then went and placed the same order at Del Taco for half the price. The amount of food you get from Del Taco is unbelievable. It’s about double what you’d get from the Bell. Also, customer service no longer exists at Taco Bell but go to Del Taco and the service is amazing!! Do better Taco Bell!!!
