Chewed into a large chunk of prep glove in my Crunchwrap, and my entire order was incorrect… drove all the way to work to eat, then had to drive all the way back so they could fix it. (Was late coming back might I add) Gave them a 2 star since they replaced the items and the girl at the cashier area apologized. I still paid for my meal after the manager came “to help”… will not be back to this location. No accountability from management at all. Not even a free cinnamon twist (which is the least they could do after I just ate a sweaty glove for lunch). DISGUSTING.

Great Service at The Scottsdale Rd and Thomas location. But, I don’t like having to ask for The Sauce Packets. I like being able to get my own Hot, Mild, and Fire Sauce. They need to go back to putting Hot Sauce out in the open. Let people get their own sauce.

I got a cravings box yesterday at 1:45pm and there was a terrible after-taste of spit that is still going strong today. I don’t think it was a random spitting, but I think this was a full on mixture of loogie saved from someone’s stash, from someone who may have been sick at the time when they gave a sample to the staff who put it in my food. I tried the rest and the same. I thought I’d share this because the sheer hatred it takes to do something like this goes beyond.

Decided to stop here . Asked for the grilled cheese box.. no tomato. I got some beans lettuce and tomato smeared on the chalupa, no taco or cheese cup. My son got two tacos that were greasy when my son opened them his exact words were “mom, it’s like they don’t care about me”

I walked in to grab a bite and look over some work on my laptop. The place was clean and it wasn’t busy. I have worked in restaurants FOH and I saw the drive thru was empty. Staff didn’t greet me or anything just stared until I left the building. It was definitely a novel experience.
