I ordered a beef soft taco, instead I got some spicy chicken taco. The lady made me my soft taco, she was nice. However the manager saw me walking up and spoke to two other employees, while pointing right at me. I feel disrespected. Immediately after looking in my eyes, and refusing to correct his mistake.

You can never go wrong with Taco Bell. Taco Bell is a classic place that will always been a place that I frequent. One of the only fast food places that still has a legit dollar menu. Can’t beat a cheesy bean and rice burrito and spicy potato soft taco for less then $2.50.

Went thru the drive thru and was denied food because I asked if I can make 2 separate orders. They said if I really wanted food I need to come inside. It was not even busy nor was there anybody behind me in line or in front of me.

I visited on 09/16/21 around 4:30pm. By far one of the worst Taco Bells to visit in Phoenix metropolitan. Extremely poorly managed, the entire staff needs an overhaul. Safety isn’t a concern seeing that only half the kitchen staff wore masks. I simply ordered 3 spicy Potato tacos Fresco style. For whatever reason they couldn’t seem to get it right. The first time they gave me regular potato tacos so I went back to have them re-done. The second time they gave me Fresco burritos(not the same item at all). I returned for the third time and had to explain to them what a spicy potato taco (fresco style) is. At this time the manager came to the window (not wearing a mask or any gloves) to confirm my order. When they finally got it right they decided to be funny by putting barely any food in the Taco. That’s fine but what’s funnier is that I’ll also be reaching out to corporate with my order complaints as well as the health and safety concerns in regard to this establishment. All food items were trashed.

For being a taco bell the food was as good as to be expected. The small location and parking are horrible however. The drive-through line can only fit two cars behind the ordering speaker before you are not able to pull into the parking lot.

Today I was on my way to a manager meeting at my companies support office in Phoenix. On the way I decided to stop by this Taco Bell to grab a crunch wrap. I know I’ve been to this location before but it’s been many years. I ordered my food pretty quick and easy since I knew what I wanted. I got up to the window and was greeted by an employee I believe from the receipt her name was Laura D. When I tell you I received the best customer service ever I swear I did! She was very easy to talk to, personable and she even told me that I was pretty! Mind you the day before I got up at 6 am got off work. Rushed my son to the ER, left the ER at 4:45 am and went to work by 8 am. Worked the morning and heading to my meeting in Phoenix and 1:30p. At this point I’m running on fumes. But Laura brightened my day with amazing service and a wonderful compliment. I love it. Laura you rock. Thank you so much for a phenomenal experience. To top it off, my crunch wrap was DELICIOUS!

Soooo… my mouth was watering and savoring for a delicious Crunchwrap Supreme. I stopped by Monday 2/27/2023 at lunchtime noon at this location. I drove through. It seemed clean on the outside. Laura at the window was super kind and patient. Drive thru food order was quick. PLUS…I also had a Bean Burrito. Delicious!!!
