It’s your standard taco bell, but the drive through is an abomination. It isn’t unusual for the drive through to take 20+ minutes to get through. The secret is to not use the drive through, just park and go in. For extra fun, take note of the cars in the drive through and play “has it moved” when you come back out with your food.

Definitely need to pay attention to your order and food in bags. Been here at least 3 times, thinking it was a one off situation or would improve, but hasn’t where food has been missing from the bags and still being charged. Store manager was nice and called me on 1 order to offer free meal replacement on next order. Just pay close attention to what’s ordered here and you should be okay.

Dined in. I didn’t speak up what my name was and the order went through with incorrect spelling. But the cashier let the folks in the kitchen know and they called my correct name when my order was ready. Good vibes coming from these folks

My husband just ordered the box special and 2 Mexican pizzas. So far everything I ate from the box has been great but both pizzas taste rancid. The associate the answered my call was sweet enough to say she’d remake them for us when we’re able to come in next but unfortunately can’t give us a refund. My hubby doesn’t have much for taste buds and didn’t realize it was bad but gets sick easily. I knew in 1 bite it was bad. Just want to warn people not to get this today. I understand things happen, they probably didn’t realize they received bad product. Don’t order the Mexican Pizza. I just hope my husband doesn’t get violently ill.

Your experience is entirely dependent on who’s working, but I’m posting this based on the meal I’m eating right now. Never had my cravings box be so FULL! Like the commercials you see. They really filled the entire burrito/tacos with meat and veggies. I’ll be stopping here at 4pm every Thursday from now on. Great job guys! Please hire more workers like these
