At first the woman at the window seemed a little irritated, nothing crazy. When I had parked and started eating I realized I got two chalupas that were chicken when they were supposed to be beef. When I came up to the window she knew she had entered it wrong and we argued for a second. I left the window pretty irritated, but she personally came outside to give me the replacement and apologized for coming off rude. And explained their food policy, even though she couldn’t replace both because I had eaten almost all of mine. She replaced one and the fact that she came out and apologized and told me the policy, in a very nice way. I had a wonderful experience, working fast food can be awful. An apology fixed it all, I was more than ok with replacing one and ate my food happy. Id go there again and tell other people to do so as well. I wish I got her name but I didn’t.

I’m having a really hard time understanding the great 5 stars for this exact Taco Bell location. I’m homeless and every time I’m here I get rude side eyes and mean stares. The cashiers and employees are so rude and wait till last minute to take my order when I’m waiting for them to be present at the register! They expect me to use the self kiosk for ordering when I’m almost always using cash to pay for my food. I can’t seem to understand why their understanding of “customer service” is overall above and beyond excellent. This location of Taco Bell is rude and disrespectful , please before you come here know that if you’re not using the drive thru you’re gonna suffer waiting for your food and the employees to take your order.

The workers here do not care about their jobs. They slack on stocking simple items like sauce. The ice maker for the drive thru is broken so you won’t ice with your drink. And you’ll simply be told “you can just fill it up yourself there” **cup full of soda no room for ice** they don’t give out names but Taylor gave me hers. Hi Taylor 🙂 Don’t bother coming here unless you want your food poorly made by a bunch of teenagers and a manager who clearly doesn’t know how to manage a simple call of complaint. Just care about your job!

The girl was super sweet at the check out, I forgot to add a drink online when making my order, so added it when I pulled up to the intercom. She ended up giving it to me for free which actually was great because I was down to my last dollar at that point.

The food is mint when they get the order correct (which is hardly ever). The employees have bad attitudes most of the time. When you say that you don’t want to donate to whichever cause they are offering they will still charge your card, then act clueless with an attitude when you ask them them about it. Not impressed. I had an extremely frustrating experience with Taco Bell recently. For the second time in just two days, my order was missing several items, and I was overcharged. Even during a late-night order, I still encountered the same problems, and attempting to contact them proved futile. The first fast food experience I’ve had that seemed like the employees really cared. My burrito, crunchy taco and soft taco were prepared and packaged perfectly. My visit was approximately 1pm on 2/26. Please pass on to your employees, great job and keep up the great work.

Walked in to an empty store, not even drive thru. You’d think service would’ve been great but no one came out to help me. Had to use self serve machine while they chatted in the back. Food wasn’t good either, burrito smelled like baby formula…
